Frontman and songwriter Jonathan Morali combined and modified the names of Pink Floyd's Syd Barrett and Roger Waters to form the band's name, which he also uses as his pseudonym. For Morali, songwriting can best be described as an adventure. Listen to the gentle persistence of "Wolfmother" or "River Sister" as they instill their entrancing melodies, reaching deep into the soul, while "Hi Life" and "Lost," thanks to their arrangements, both sound like instant classics without forsaking any of their unquestioned originality. The use of a simple change in harmony coupled with a burst of chorus in "Halalcsillag" sends the listener spinning into unknown territory. "We Are Invisible," "A Robbery," and "Hadrian's Wall" drift out in such a pure and simple way, but are anything but ordinary. This is songwriting that breaks with the mundane while managing to avoid falling into the trap of trying too hard to be different or obtuse. Songwriting that, in Morali's words, moves between the familiar and the unknown as easily as one drifts from reality into dreams. All the artistry of Syd Matters is summed up here; the extraordinary accomplished with ease, genuine originality free of any artifice, a voice of confidence that is healthily indifferent to known musical genres and fashionable gimmicks. The five travelers in Syd Matters chose not to weigh themselves down with any unnecessary baggage and Brotherocean only goes to prove how right they were.

It has no sound insulation function at all

I purchased this soundproof partition with the expectation of creating an independent and quiet office environment. However, the product does not deliver effective sound insulation. The ambient conversation noise outside the partition measures 50 decibels, and the noise level inside remains unchanged at 50 decibels. Given this lack of performance, I would like to inquire about the actual acoustic value of this partition. This constitutes a clear case of misleading advertising.

Partition Divider

The Natwind 5-panel portable partition is ideal for creating privacy and dividing office space. At 122.8" x 71", it provides substantial amount of coverage, and the folding design makes it easy to set up, move, or store as needed. The freestanding structure is stable. The acoustic panels are quite thick at about 1/2in thick and help reduce noise. Its neutral color and design blends well with most office interiors. Overall, this partition is a convenient and effective choice for temporary or flexible workspace layouts.

Great quality, easy to set up.

I actually have this in my bedroom, replaced a non acoustic panel with it. These make a huge difference. As someone who is always playing music on their speakers I don't want to bother my roommates too much. Easily can hear the difference once these were in place. The panel itself is high quality and thick, what's a really nice detail is how they are attached together, there are multiple wedges just like foam noise dampeners which is super cool! This thing is easy to move around and can be folded for storage with ease. You get extra screws just in case you lose any, the feet are made out of metal which adds to the quality. There was a very slight chemical smell when taking it out the box, however that went away in just a few hours.
I can imagine using this in a noisy office, surrounding yourself with these in a cube shape will make all the difference to focus on your work. These panels are great and if you're looking for quality, I'd say you can pick these up without worry. No issues on my end!

This office divider is well made and easy to assemble. All you have to do is install the feet. The panels are only about an inch thick, but they work surprisingly well at muffling unwanted background noise.

Easily Create a Workspace

Such a great design. I am loving the versatility of these - very easy to set up and also to store. THe color is perfect for them to blend into the decor. While they don't cancel out the noise altogether, they reduce it and decrease distractions. No installation needed - has its own supports. Built really well with good materials - sleek and sturdy and solid. They have increased the privacy and have helped make a great space without difficult construction. Work well and they are great value for money - instant privacy and space.
