The BD name became recognized in 1989, when the company introduced the first exhaust brake for the burgeoning diesel pick-up truck market. BD's roots, however, actually date back to 1972, when Valley Fuel Injection, Ltd. first opened its doors. Today, Valley Fuel Injection and BD Diesel Performance are one, with eight specialty divisions that focus on diesel power train components: Fuel Injection Calibration Department, Exhaust Brake Manufacturing, Electronic Circuit Design and Assembly, Transmission and Torque Converter Design and Remanufacturing, Turbocharger Design, Installation and Research and Development. It’s thin but really warm!

Compact & soft cap

Great fall/winter hat if you’re looking for something that’s not too bulky. I wanted for a winter hat that I could just keep in my inside pocket of my winter jacket - problem was the pocket was not very big. I had another knit cap that just did not fit in there. The Danish Endurance beanie fits the bill! Being so thin, it is not my warmest beanie – but gets the job done! It also feels so soft. I bought another in a different color!
The hat arrived with a few creases in it. You could steam it, but don’t really notice any wrinkles when you put it on. I wish they made it in a darker gray/charcoal.

Its soft and warmth is ok, but it feels very thin and a bit flimsy. The knit at the top looks particulary fragile. I think for the price this is still ok value but I do not expected it to last a long time.
