About the Author

Reginald Murray is an eighty-four-year-old father of seven, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He has been married for fifty-eight years. He is a retired educator with various work and educational experiences that have allowed him to be insightful when assessing societal problems. He served in the army for three years as an enlistee. This service gave him the opportunity to visit several states in our country and the country of Korea. It also gave him a different perspective of the values of those different from himself.

Prior to pursuing his educational career, he worked as a bookkeeper at a historically Black college, Florida Memorial College. This experience helped him to understand the financial concerns college students from economically depressed families encounter.

Murray received his master’s in education degree from Florida Atlantic University. He did further study at Nova University, earning his leadership certification.

He was a guidance counselor and coordinator for twenty years and an assistant principal for fifteen years.

Being a victim and product of the putrid Jim Crow Law south, he understands how this system impacts the psychic of the perpetrators and the perpetrated.

i got the pink and it’s a super cute color in person! came with the strap which was nice too. thick and comfy - not sure how durable it is, as i just recently purchased it. only thing was the smell after taking it out of the box. very chemically scent but only lasted about a day. overall i love it and hope it holds up!

Nice yoga mat. Perfect thickness for me. Love that I can roll it up and put it out of the way. Gives great knee support and the material is comfortable.

For the price it’s a really good yoga Matt
Color: Blue, Style: 1/2 Inch
For the price it’s not bad. I use for multiple things, not just yoga, it’s nice and thick I used it to lay on the floor and fix my table and gaming chair and to get under hard to reach places when I don’t want lay directly on the floor. it’s soft enough not to hurt my back very well put together strong material.

This is a nice mat for floor exercises.
Color: Aqua, Style: 1-Inch
I had some lower back issues and went to physical therapy. I used this mat for my floor stretches and exercises at home along with my big rubber ball. It made the floor work so much more comfortable. Beware of the smell. When I unroll it I still smell that “memory foam” odor, which takes some getting used to. I aired it out as instructed, twice, and it persists. It’s a wonderful mat so the odor is not a deal breaker. I’d buy it again.

Maximum joint comfort and durability
Color: Pink, Style: 1/2 Inch
I absolutely loved the color, and it offers incredible cushioning without sacrificing stability during balance poses. It is dense, doesn't lose its shape, and springs back instantly. The materials are high-quality, and it doesn't have that strong plastic smell that others often have. It is worth every penny for the comfort it provides.
