現今於山口縣活躍的藏元，都是備受注目的。而當中作為擁有全國性高知名度的銘柄之一，「東洋美人」的始創者正是（株）澄川酒造場。「澄川酒造場」的第四代傳人──澄川宜史社長，身為經營者的他，以20歲後半的年輕姿態，親自走到造酒的最前線，成為藏元杜氏，並著手變革酒藏。他被譽為「年輕天才杜氏」，不斷磨鍊提升造酒的技術，甚至在世界最大型的日本酒比賽｢Sake Competition」中連續3年勇奪第一名等等，藉著成就多樣的偉業而成為了超有名氣的酒藏。
澄川社長從出身地萩市的高中畢業後，為了學習造酒的基礎，於是入讀了東京農業大學的應用生物科學部的釀造科學科。在他仍是3年生時的冬天，於學校以外的現場實習的課堂上，有幸造訪了釀造出被稱為幻之酒「十四代」的高木酒造（株）（山形縣）的高木顯統先生。

A book that hugs back.

Sweetest book!

I think this is the cutest little book and it makes a perfect gift for dads! Especially first time dads or dads that are having a first time daughter. Great for a gift for Father’s Day, gender reveal, or just to gift dad in general! It’s a sweet story to read and dad and daughter will both love it!
