The Vitamix Blending Bowl Starter Kit includes two 8-ounce Containers with Lids and a Blade Base. The blade base features Vitamix's revolutionary SELF-DETECT© technology, allowing your Ascent Series blender to detect the size of your container using NFC technology and automatically adjust the blend settings to give you the best results possible every time. Simply attach the included blender blade base to blend individual servings of your favorite smoothies, chop ingredients for use in your favorite dishes, or even fully emulsify dressings; replace the blade base with the cup lid to take your blended creations with you, or store them in the refrigerator. The double-walled containers help to maintain both hot and cold temperatures while transporting your new container and are made of BPA-free Eastman Tritan®. All included parts are top-rack dishwasher safe. For use with Vitamix Ascent Series Blenders only.
