"Hypnophobia", the brand new album of the Dutch "baroque pop" Prince, producer and multi-instrumentalist Jacco Gardner, is like a majestic spell full of psychedelic animation who understands his audience to hypnotize to the point, where dreams and reality merge. Since the launch of his latest album "Cabinet of Curiosities" in 2013, fans and critics alike were thermoformed in Gardner's fantastic fairytale world. What "Hypnophobia" different from his previous productions, is, according to Gardner in his growing experience by recording on stages around the world, which enabled him to travel to new countries and to give the tour a taste of adventure, which is now new on the Album can be heard. What remains unchanged is his passion to collect old-fashioned instruments and use. So on the album a sumptuous selection of such instruments, including a Wurlitzer piano, a harpsichord, a Mellotron and an antique Steinway piano, which Gardner bought from a church. His sound is close to artists like Syd Barrett or Curt Boettcher, which also parallels with John Maus or Tame Impala can be seen and the dynamics of Gardner's compositions can be compared to bands like Stereolab or Simon & Garfunkel with. Yet for all the love that Gardner has to vintage instruments and their sound, it is by no means an attempt of imitation of old-fashioned music. Rather, it is about creating a unique and personal style. "Hypnophobia" it creates a brilliant way the artist and his love for the unique future-vintage sound to a higher level of consciousness than ever to capture previously.

Fantastic debut sapphic romance!!

I just want to hug these characters!
Fly With Me has been a book I’ve been looking forward to reading for some time now, I’m excited to say it does not disappoint! 🩷💜💙
This sapphic romance was full of steamy bits, darling tender moments, and tons of emotional goodness!
I adore when a romance packs an emotional punch, and this one absolutely does! There is depression, panic attacks, end of life care, sexism in the workplace, and so much more. Surrounding all of that though is a cute wlw love story with fake dating, a funny dog, delicious food, pop culture references, road trips, a sick/comfort moment, and deep conversations!
All in all- I really enjoyed this one! Andie did an amazing job at writing characters that felt real and familiar! I can’t wait to see what else she writes moving forward!

Wonderful Read
Format: Kindle
Fly With Me is a heartfelt story filled with witty banter and internal monologues yet incredibly touching. It is also about both finding and recognizing your own strength and worth. Olive and Stella agree to a fake relationship that of course turns into the real thing as they learn about themselves as well as each other. Add in a great cast of characters including a loveable dog, family health issues and drama, and a jealous ex and you have a story that is a wonderful read!

Seriously underrated!

I just happened up this book by a fairly new queer writer and instantly fell in love with this book! Like head over heels, couldn't put it down in love. The first paragraph had me laughing, and those laughs carried on throughout the book. But on the flip side, the story will have you in tears of empathy for the main character as she navigates her life with the continued loss of her big brother and biggest supporter. Lastly, these two main characters are ones you root for from the word go!!

Beautiful sapphic story

This neurodivergent sapphic romance was everything I wanted in a book. Seeing the messing sides of both characters and seeing them come together was beautiful. Relationships are hard. Being neurodivergent is really really hard. The author somehow got it into these pages and it's beautiful.
