It is time that this awesome piece of late 60s style beat and psychedelic rock music gets a proper reissue. This one will be appointed with an awesome leathery cover and comes in a strictly limited edition. What do we know about this record? It feels like Syd Barret, Beatles, Twink, The Deviants, T-Rex, Tomorrow and The Small Faces got together for a boozy and smoky jam session out of which a handful of beautiful songs have emerged, ranging from straight, powerful beat tunes towards joyful flower pop anthems with a bubble gum edge with a layover at melancholic folksy singer / songwriter sounds. What most people do not know ist that the participating musicians are only partly British. This album is the brainchild of renowned Japanese world music / ethno jazz rock artist Osamu Kitajima, who later on went to fame under his own name with some extraordinary progressive albums in the later 70s. He spent a year in England around 1970 to 1971 and recorded this album under the monicker of "Justin Heathcliff", to make the impression of a true British pop / psyche record with a distinctive late 60s feel perfect. It might not have been a commercial starship around the time it got released, but it stood the test of time and even nearly 50 years after it's initial release this record still flatters our ears with songs of unearthly beauty on par with the above mentioned English legends. More pop than alternative music of 1968 "Justin Heathcliff" is a great soul journey to a brighter and more colorful time. This is swinging London, not the apocalyptic hippie Utopia of Haight Asbury in late 1967, or the revolutionary street fights in Germany or France. This is music to comfort your mind and make you feel happy. It even goes back to 1966 when The Beatles did "Revolver". For a 1971 release this is already a retro affair despite only going back to elements who were five years old at most. It does not matter anyway, this is a masterpiece and Osamu Kitajima is a master of colorful UK 60s pop.

Looks nice but will NOT hold a vacuum seal.
I bought these bags to put ground and whole bean coffee in. I have found that after vacuum sealing the bags, even double sealing them, the vacuum simply won't hold. I am using the vacuum sealer that I have been using in my kitchen for years, so I know it's not that. Maybe the one way valve isn't truly one way. Not sure, but I am disappointed.

Good quality bags
These bags are very well made. They have a rectangular base and will stand up when filled. There is a one way vent to allow gas to escape from coffee. There is a zip seal and they can be sealed with a heat sealer. Labels are also included.
The plain black bag is very versatile and can hold about a pound of coffee or something similar.

Professional, attractive looking coffee bags.
Whether for gifting or selling or just using at home, these coffee bags are durable and high quality, and they look very professional! I have used a couple of them with no issue with my Mylar bag heat sealer and have been very pleased with the results. I think the price (currently $36.99 for 60) is a good deal considering the quality and quantity you get with this order, and I feel confident recommending these bags to others based upon my own personal experience with them.

Good quality bags
I'm far from a professional coffee roaster, but I do enjoy it. I used to use just little plastic bags when giving coffee to friends and family, but these work so much better! They are quite thick and just feel like they're quality.
I do not have a mylar sealer, but I did figure out that a vacuum heat sealer will work. Just gotta run the heat part a couple times. Probably not as good as a real mylar sealer, but it works. Again, I'm not professional.
I like that, being black bags, they include a roll of labels. Hard to write on black, so this was a nice addition. Overall, these are great bags.

The valve allows for the release of carbon dioxide gas while preventing oxygen from entering the bag
Note that you will need a heat sealer to seal these bags.
The high-barrier aluminum foil construction of these bags provides excellent protection against moisture, oxygen, and light, which are the primary factors that can degrade the quality and freshness of coffee beans. The side zipper design and heat sealable feature ensure a tight seal, effectively preventing any air from entering or escaping the bag. The inclusion of a valve allows for the release of carbon dioxide gas while preventing oxygen from entering the bag, further preserving the flavor and aroma of the coffee beans. These bags are really great for storing coffee.
