Packaging Note
Each cookie is individually wrapped in a clear sleeve to keep it fresh and protected. Flavor names are clearly marked on the outside of each bakery box, and an ingredient sheet is included with every order. (Individual sleeves do not have product info printed on them.)
Shipping
Eastern & Midwest states: We default to using UPS Ground which is typically 1–3 business days from Pittsburgh, PA.
West Coast: We typically use USPS Priority Mail and in some cases, FedEx 2-Day Express.
PO Boxes: We utilize USPS for all PO Box shipments.
FPO/APO/DPO & PO Boxes: We utilize USPS as they are the only game in town.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically made and shipped within 1 to 2 business days but may be longer during the holiday season. This does not include shipping transit time which is 1 to 3 business days. (APO/FPO/DPO address transit time is approximately 8–10 days.)
