Engineered for a clean, professional install, this screen is designed to simplify mounting by integrating ceiling trim directly into the headbox so there’s no additional trim work after installation. The result is a sleek, finished look that hides rough openings and delivers a pristine viewing surface. The tensioned fiberglass screen fabric maintains a flat, warp‑free image across the entire field of view, ensuring sharp detail from edge to edge. With a 106" diagonal, this screen strikes a balance between immersive large‑group viewing and space efficiency, making it ideal for conference rooms, classrooms, and home theaters. The Electrol motor provides smooth, quiet operation, so you can raise or lower the screen with the touch of a button without distraction. In short, the Advantage line combines a seamless aesthetic with dependable performance for modern presentation spaces.

  • Integrated ceiling trim for a finished look: The ceiling trim is pre‑installed in the headbox, concealing the rough opening and eliminating the need for post‑installation trim work, so you get a clean, professional ceiling line right out of the box.
  • Tensioned screen surface for warp‑free images: A tensioned projection surface stays perfectly flat when extended, delivering uniform brightness and crisp detail from edge to edge, even with long throws or bright ambient light.
  • Electric operation with whisper‑quiet performance: The Electrol motor retracts and extends smoothly and quietly, controlled by a simple remote or wall control for effortless, convenient use in any room configuration.
  • 106" diagonal, 16:9 format for versatile viewing: The large but space‑friendly 106" screen size supports modern 16:9 content, from corporate presentations to home cinema, ensuring an engaging viewing experience for up to mid‑sized audiences.
  • Effortless installation and durable construction: Built to simplify installation in standard ceiling grids or dedicated overhead spaces, with a robust housing and mounting options designed to work with typical ceiling finishes and electrical setups.

How to install Da-Lite Tensioned Advantage Electrol 106" Electric Projection Screen

Preparing for installation starts with a careful assessment of your space. Confirm the ceiling structure can support the headbox and that there is a clear projection path for the 106" diagonal screen. Plan the mounting height so the bottom edge sits at a comfortable eye level for your typical seating arrangement, and ensure there is access to a power source for the 120V motor. The Advantage Electrol system is designed to integrate with standard ceiling trims, so you should have a clean, professional finish once installation is complete. Gather the necessary tools and anchors suitable for your ceiling type, and always follow local electrical codes when wiring the unit.

Step by step, install the ceiling trim and headbox first. The pre‑installed trim on the headbox simplifies alignment and concealment of the rough opening. Locate joists or solid supports where the mounting brackets will anchor, and mark the positions precisely. Attach the mounting brackets securely to the ceiling, using fasteners rated for the ceiling material and spacing recommended by Da-Lite. With the brackets in place, lift the headbox into position and verify that it sits flush against the ceiling; adjust as needed to ensure the housing is level and the trim lines up with surrounding ceiling surfaces.

Next, install the projection screen fabric and ensure the tensioning system is correctly engaged. Route the power cable from the headbox to a nearby outlet or a dedicated power run, respecting any building codes for in‑ceiling wiring. If your space uses a wall switch or a remote control, connect the control wiring per the included installation guide and test the motor’s travel to confirm smooth, full extension and retraction without binding. Finally, cover any gaps around the trim with the supplied trim pieces, check the alignment of the casing with the ceiling line, and perform a test projection to verify image quality, brightness, and focus at the intended seating distance.

For optimal performance, keep the projection surface free of dust and fingerprints. Use a microfiber cloth to gently wipe the surface when needed, and avoid using chemical cleaners that could affect the fabric’s optical properties. If you plan to relocate or reconfigure the room in the future, the headbox and trim are designed to remain durable and discreet, maintaining a clean aesthetic with minimal effort.

A Beta Worth Rooting For
Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Good start to a series
Format: Kindle
I delayed reading the series for reasons I don’t remember. But my TBR list is huge so I thought I’d take a shot of this and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think the blurb about it was anything special. But it was a very good book. It took some interesting twists and turns. I am so glad the second book is already out. Because I would not have waited patiently. Very slow burn but good storyline. 🔥🔥/5

A good read
Format: Kindle
Multiple points of view. 3 Alpha men and an Omega male. She is a Beta in training for a new program placing betas in Alpha/Omega packs. Mila is only doing the program for the money to take care of her dad. She wasn't expecting to fall for a pack but when she sees this packs Omega she is done for. There is just something about him. His Alphas are good looking as well. Too bad she is hiding a secret and their government is acting shady. I liked it and can't wait to see where their story goes.
