• Bonemeal fertiliser is a naturally-sourced slow-acting plant food where nutrients are taken up efficiently due to longer periods of release in the soil. It has Nitrogen to support green growth, Calcium to keep your garden plant both healthy and strong and Phosphorus for your roots to grow bigger and stronger.
• Bonemeal for plants has very high phosphorus content plus a smaller amount of nitrogen. This balance is ideal for encouraging strong root growth. The organic nutrients in the fertiliser are gently released into the top soil or compost over an extended period of time.
• Bone meal is a mixture of finely and coarsely ground animal bones and slaughter-house waste products. It is used as a dietary supplement to supply calcium and phosphorus to monogastric livestock in the form of hydroxyapatite.
