#1 NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER - NEW YORK TIMES READERS PICK: 100 BEST BOOKS OF THE 21st CENTURY - OPRAH'S BOOK CLUB PICK - ONE OF BARACK OBAMA'S FAVORITE BOOKS OF THE YEAR - TIME'S #1 NONFICTION BOOK OF THE YEAR "An instant American classic and almost certainly the keynote nonfiction book of the American century thus far."--Dwight Garner, The New York Times "[Caste] changes the lens through which we see the world."--Oprah Winfrey for Time, "25 Books That Capture This American Moment" The Pulitzer Prize-winning author of The Warmth of Other Suns examines the unspoken caste system that has shaped America and shows how our lives today are still defined by a hierarchy of human divisions. "As we go about our daily lives, caste is the wordless usher in a darkened theater, flashlight cast down in the aisles, guiding us to our assigned seats for a performance. The hierarchy of caste is not about feelings or morality. It is about power--which groups have it and which do not." Beyond race, class, or other factors, there is a powerful caste system that influences people's lives and behavior and the nation's fate. Linking the caste systems of America, India, and Nazi Germany, Isabel Wilkerson explores eight pillars that underlie caste systems across civilizations, including divine will, bloodlines, stigma, and more. Using riveting stories about people--including Martin Luther King, Jr., baseball's Satchel Paige, a single father and his toddler son, Wilkerson herself, and many others--she shows the ways that the insidious undertow of caste is experienced every day. Finally, she points forward to ways America can move beyond the artificial and destructive separations of human divisions, toward hope in our common humanity. Hard Nose Bridge
Color: Blue-black
They seem like nice goggles. I would echo what others have said: The nose bridge is made of hard plastic with two little bumps on each side (conceivably to snap the lens into the nose bridge) that very well may press into your nose, making the goggles uncomfortable to wear. I would look for a pair with a soft nose bridge. I previously owned a pair of Aegend swim goggles with a soft nose bridge that I liked.

Totally worth the price!
Color: Lagoon, Style: 2 Blocks
These are great blocks! They are soft yet supportive. Used for yoga, Pilates and on the sits-bones when meditating. All purpose, perfect size, cute, calm color. I have two sets, I like them so much; one for the house and one in the gym.

Highly Recommend Gaiam Yoga Blocks
The Gaiam yoga blocks are excellent quality and a must-have for any yoga practice. They’re lightweight yet very supportive, making it easy to maintain proper alignment and balance in a variety of poses. The foam is firm but comfortable, with a non-slip surface that stays in place during practice.
These blocks are especially helpful for stretching, improving flexibility, and modifying poses, whether you’re a beginner or more experienced yogi. They’re durable, easy to clean, and hold their shape well over time.
Overall, Gaiam yoga blocks offer great value and reliability. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to enhance their yoga or stretching routine. 🧘♀️✨
