In Stone Age, players immerse themselves in the challenging times of our prehistoric ancestors. As hunters, collectors, farmers, and tool makers, you’ll engage in tasks like collecting wood, breaking stone, and washing gold from the river. Progressing beyond basic tools, players strive to improve their effectiveness through better tools and more productive plants.

The game is structured in three phases:

Placement: Players use up to ten tribe members to explore regions of the board such as the hunt, trading center, or quarry.

Activation: The starting player activates their staffed areas in a chosen sequence, followed by the other players.

Feeding: Players must ensure they have enough food to feed their tribe members. Failing to do so results in resource or point losses.

The balance of luck and planning is key as players work to expand their village and achieve new levels of civilization while competing for food in this prehistoric setting.
