Each tablet is specially formulated with 320mg Magnesium (from Magnesium Carbonate Hydrate) and 2.5mg Passionflower extract (from 250mg dry flower) and is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve sleeplessness associated with stress and decrease feelings of restlessness. This mineral and herbal supplement also helps relieve muscle cramps when dietary intake of magnesium is inadequate.
