Migali C-G24 Description
The Migali C-G24 manual griddle has a 3⁄4-in.-thick steel griddle plate and a protruding ledge that creates distance between the user and the machine to prevent burns. Two U-shaped burners provide even temperatures across the cooking surface. This unit comes with a waste tray that can be removed from the bottom for quick cleaning.
The Migali C-G24 griddle has an eye-catching stainless steel exterior. Four adjustable feet enable users to place the griddle on countertops without the risk of overheating, and manual controls enable users to adjust the powerful 30,000 BTU burners to suit specific applications. The unit ships ready to be used with natural gas, but it can be converted to LP gas with the included kit.
