Espresso has been made there with passion since 1949. The Non Plus Ultra is one of the finest varieties from the house of Dersut. A true work of art one can say. All the knowledge has gone into the development of this blend. The result is a composition of noble fruit notes and unique roasted aromas. As first class as the knowledge went into the development, the espresso now flows into your cup. Rich mahogany brown with a dense crema crown - very rare for a 100% Arabica. The excellent aroma confidently combines fruity notes like apple, berries and citrus with toffee, vanilla and cocoa flavors. The truly unique aroma intensity makes Jamaica Blues something very special. Of course, the Buena Vista Primèro also benefits from this. The already high-quality Arabica beans from Brazil and Panama are now joined by Blue Mountain beans from Jamaica in a perfectly balanced composition. The result is impressive: wonderful notes of cookie and cookies hang on the existing basic fruitiness of the Arabicas. Due to the dark roasting of the beans, this espresso is very low in acidity and therefore very pleasant to drink.

The noble Shamal Blend from Di Giampaolo consists of 5 Arabica varieties. The raw beans come from the best coffee growing areas. These are located in the highland forests of Brazil, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua and India. Arriving at the roasting plant in Ancona, on the east coast of Italy, the beans are washed and separately refined according to individual requirements. This is done gently in a drum roaster. The espresso Shamal is roasted medium to dark. Thus, the acids contained are very mild for a pure Arabica espresso, which gives the remaining flavors more room to develop. This multi-faceted espresso convinces with intense fruity notes and a range of nutty aromas. Creamy and thick, the Espresso Shamal flows over the tongue and provides a true taste explosion on the palate.
