About this treasure:

An extremely rare and beautiful miniature work of art. This reverse painted crystal ring features a totally charming terrier looking out to the wearer. This would make an amazing addition to any jewellery lovers collection, especially this very unique example!

A technique that dates back to 1860, reverse painted intaglio crystal was first popularised by a Victorian gentleman called Essex. The reverse of a cabochon rock crystal is carefully hand carved into a elaborate shape and then painted forming an fine three dimensional image.

Here we have a fabulous dog, with a difference. What was once full of colour, the vibrant hues have worn to a soft white glow. Just as wonderful in its own unique way.
We love how prominent his features are, and he even is wearing a beautiful fine gold collar and lead. The more you look, the more detail youll seeing in his face. Its an exceptional example.

They have been set into a warm 9 carat hold band, however he is actually sitting within a higher carat gold bezel setting, which may indicate he started life as a gentlemans stick pin. The setting dates to the late Victorian era, so if this is a conversion it would have been created during that period.

Highly collectable and increasingly hard to find this is an amazing piece of history, art and antique jewellery

It'll only last a week
Size: 5 Inch, Color: Classic Bone, Size: 5 Inch, Color: Classic Bone
We've only had it a few days and she's already half way through it. It won't last the week. She doesn't eat it, she spits out the pieces. If you buy it was a consumable, totally worth the money. I'll probably buy my power chewer a couple a month

Dog loves these over any competition.
Size: 8 Inch, Color: Tree Branch
Minnie Aussie can chew these down to a stub but takes lots of work and totally takes her stress away. Only kind I'm buying in different varieties. Yes I've tried them all for my aggressive chewer and these have been the best. I've gone through a lot of these but are lasting about week with supervision. Make sure your buddy has plenty of water and give them in 1/2 hr increments.

Good purchase, dog loved it, lasted months
Size: 8 Inch, Color: Tree Branch
My dog loved it, took several months before she destroyed it. I did eventually have to throw it out because she managed to start breaking pieces off and eating it.
