The Maxx-ER 50 Stainless Multi 6 Quick Chuck Precision Rail is a high-precision workholding solution developed for high-density production and multi-part machining applications. Designed as an upgrade to ER-034387, it is 100% cross-compatible with the Erowa ITS System and integrates seamlessly into existing ITS-50 environments. The system includes six Maxx-ER Quick Chucks mounted on a single precision-machined rail, factory-assembled, aligned, and ready for immediate use, providing accuracy and repeatability of 0.002 mm. Rail length, mounting pattern, and chuck spacing can be customized to suit specific machine and application needs.
