5g Real-Deal Creatine Monohydrate. Straight Up, No Waste.

Podium Nutrition Creatine Monohydrate keeps it simple and does it right: just one ingredient at a dose that matches the research. Creatine is one of the most tested supplements out there, and it consistently boosts performance. This gives you the proven form – creatine monohydrate at 5 grams per scoop.

Here's how it works: creatine taps into your phosphocreatine system, which is your body's quick energy reserve for intense efforts. During short bursts like heavy lifts or sprints, your muscles burn ATP fast for power. Phosphocreatine helps remake that ATP quick, so creatine lets you push harder in back-to-back efforts – think heavy sets, sprint repeats, jumps, or any workout where energy runs low. Over time, it builds up in your muscles, helping you keep up the intensity rep after rep and set after set. That's what drives long-term gains in strength, muscle, and power.

The 5g dose is spot on for a solid creatine product. Studies often load with 20g a day split up for 5-7 days, then maintain, or just do 3-5g daily to build up slowly. This hits the high end of maintenance, perfect for most people and especially bigger athletes or those going hard. It's no skimpy amount – it's a full daily serving that works.

On the feel side, creatine isn't a buzz like caffeine. It won't hit you right away. Day 1 usually feels like

Podium Creatine Mono by Podium Nutrition contains 5g Creatine Monohydrate, a clinical dose for strength and power output.

Key Highlights

  • 5g creatine monohydrate per scoop – that's the standard dose from most solid studies. It builds and keeps your muscle creatine levels high when you take it every day, setting you up for better strength, power, and handling repeats.
  • Just one ingredient – every scoop focuses on what counts, no trendy add-ons watering it down. That's smart for creatine because monohydrate already has the best track record.
  • Boosts phosphocreatine recovery – creatine helps reload ATP during quick, hard muscle work. In real terms, that means stronger heavy sets, better sprint repeats, explosive bursts, and less fade when fatigue hits.
  • Proven monohydrate form – forget the hype on other types; monohydrate is the one with the strongest data, reliable dosing, and results you can count on.
  • Full maintenance dose, no guessing – 5g daily is at the top of the usual 3-5g range for keeping levels up after loading or building slowly. Makes it easy to stick with year-round.
  • No hidden blends – everything's out in the open, especially key in a world where some products skimp on creatine and hide it. Here, you see the full dose right on the label.
  • No stims at all – take it morning, before training, after, or night without messing up your sleep. Easier to stay consistent, and that's what makes creatine pay off.
  • Works for strength, muscle building, and sports – not just for powerlifters. The phosphocreatine boost helps with lifting, sprint repeats, explosive drills, and intense conditioning.

Podium Creatine Mono by Podium Nutrition contains 5g Creatine Monohydrate, a clinical dose for strength and power output.

Who Is This For?

  • Strength folks on progressive plans who track bar speed, rep quality, and holding power across sets. The 5g creatine monohydrate helps reload ATP fast for the intense repeats in heavy lifting.
  • Bodybuilders chasing muscle who want lasting volume, not just a quick pump. Creatine keeps output high late in sessions and helps that fuller look from cell water.
  • CrossFitters and functional trainers handling explosive repeats under fatigue. Creatine shines in workouts with sprints, quick switches, and power moves where phosphocreatine matters.
  • Field or court athletes needing sprint repeats, quick bursts, and intense practice. Daily 5g fits year-round without stims or timing hassles.
  • Fighters wanting strength and power repeats without caffeine every time. Creatine backs explosive work and intervals with a simple formula for consistent use in training.
  • Busy people training early or late who need a reliable boost without sleep issues. Stim-free and saturation-based, it works for mornings, nights, or off days.

How to Use

Mix 1 scoop daily with 8-16 oz water or whatever drink. Timing's flexible since it saturates muscles over time, not a fast effect – consistency beats perfect timing. If new and stomach-sensitive, half-scoop a few days then full, or with food for ease. Shaker's best, or stir well in a glass; some settling happens, so swirl again. Fine with or without food, but adding to a meal or shake helps the habit. Stacks great with pres, electrolytes, carb powders, protein – targets ATP without stim overlap. No cycling; it's for ongoing use. Store sealed in cool, dry spot to avoid clumps.

What to Expect

First 0-10 minutes: nothing big, since it's no stim and no instant rush. 10-40 minutes: still no pre-workout vibe; it builds up in muscles over time, not a quick brain hit. Days 1-7: if you're new, you might see a bit more weight and fuller muscles from water inside cells. Weeks 2-4: that's when you notice – stronger late sets, better recovery on repeats, sessions feel easier to push through. Once loaded, daily use keeps that edge. The real 'feel' is in better workouts after sticking with it.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much creatine is in Podium Creatine Monohydrate per serving?

Each 1-scoop serving delivers 5 grams of creatine monohydrate. That is a fully clinical daily dose and sits at the top of the standard 3-5g maintenance range used in most sports nutrition research.

Is 5g of creatine monohydrate enough to work?

Yes. Five grams daily is exactly where a serious creatine product should be for most users, especially if you are using it consistently over time. It is sufficient for gradual saturation on its own and is also an appropriate maintenance dose after an optional loading phase.

Do I need to load Podium Creatine Monohydrate?

No, loading is optional. You can take 5g daily and reach full muscle saturation more gradually over a few weeks, or you can use a traditional loading protocol of around 20g per day split into 4 doses for 5-7 days before returning to 5g daily.

When should I take Podium Creatine Monohydrate?

Take it whenever you’re most likely to remember it every single day. Pre-workout, post-workout, with a meal, or on rest days all work because creatine’s main benefit comes from maintaining elevated muscle stores, not hitting a narrow timing window.

Will I feel this product right away like a pre-workout?

No. Creatine monohydrate is not a stimulant, so you should not expect an immediate rush, tingles, or focus surge. The benefits show up over time as training quality improves, repeated efforts feel stronger, and muscles become more fully hydrated intracellularly.

Can I stack Podium Creatine Monohydrate with a pre-workout?

Yes, and that is one of the best ways to use it if you already rely on a pre-workout. Creatine handles ATP regeneration and long-term performance support, while a pre-workout can provide acute energy, focus, blood flow, or endurance support depending on its formula.

Does Podium Creatine Monohydrate contain caffeine or stimulants?

No. This formula is stim-free and contains only 5g creatine monohydrate as the active ingredient, making it suitable for morning, evening, and rest-day use without affecting sleep.

Is this product better than fancy creatine blends or alternative forms?

For most users, plain creatine monohydrate is still the best choice because it has the strongest body of evidence behind it. Many alternative forms are marketed aggressively, but monohydrate remains the reference standard for effectiveness, dosing, and long-term reliability.

Will Podium Creatine Monohydrate make me hold water?

It can increase water stored inside the muscle cell as creatine stores rise, and that is a normal part of how creatine works. Most users interpret this as a fuller, denser muscular look rather than the kind of superficial water retention people usually worry about.

Can beginners use Podium Creatine Monohydrate?

Absolutely. This is one of the best beginner supplements because the formula is simple, transparent, and highly researched. It gives newer lifters a real performance ingredient without the complexity or stimulant load of a multi-active pre-workout.

3.5 stars, A little boring to say the least.
Format: Kindle
Wow so I'm not sure where to begin on this one. This was a very different take on the legend of Arthur and Excalibur. This is told from the point of view of Morgan the sister of Arthur. Honestly the first 50% of this book is world building and character building which unfortunately was super boring for me. Morgan to me was a female MC that had a hard time in believing in herself. Sometimes taking too long to understand exactly what was going on around her. Draven was also a different male MC, like I couldn't put my finger on him and what he was all about. It was not until the last 10% of the book did we get some answers on the mystery that is Draven. The other 50% of the book centered around this big journey with everyone having a different motive. We see a spark of magic around this time that had me excited but then we never expanded upon that and what it could mean for the female MC. I feel like I want to read the second book just to see where this goes, but the spice was probably a 2 out of 5. Side characters are ok, Lancelet was fun but I almost felt like I wanted more.

A bewitching retelling of Arthurian legend!
Format: Kindle
In a land where the Fae have nearly become only a legend and those who still posses even a morsel of the blood are few and far between, Morgan finds herself cast aside by most of society due to her rumored half-Fae lineage, including her brother, King Arthur. With the kingdom at the brink of war, Arthur entrusts her with a quest to retrieve a Fae weapon of legendary power: the sword of Perun, Excalibur. Accompanied by men she loathes, Captain Kairos Draven and Ragnar Whitehorn, she embarks on her long and unbeknownst perilous journey, only to find that things she once believed to be myth are in fact very real. With devastating twists, omitted truths, witty banter and fierce action, Queen of Roses leaves you begging to know more about the secrets of Aercanum! Wow, wow, wow! Going into this story, I did not realize that it was going to be a retelling of Arthurian legend, especially not one with a fantastical twist! The unique spin almost gave me The Witcher vibes and I think adding Fae into the mix was quite interesting. I knew the basics of the legend but after reading this book, it has piqued my interest and makes me want to learn more about it. My attention was snatched as soon as I finished the prologue and I knew that I was going to devour this story. I truly enjoyed the gender swaps and even how Arthur was portrayed as villainous. Morgan’s past and even her parts of her present is absolutely heartbreaking, and I felt for her at times. I can only recall one other book that made me hate characters the way I despised Florian and Arthur, leaving me with my blood boiling and feeling disgusted. Even after finishing the book, Draven is still a mystery to me and I cannot figure out how to feel about him. I guess they just means that the author did an excellent job at conveying each character’s persona! The rich world building and imagery made it easy for me to visualize the places that the group visited along their journey. I am truly engulfed in this story and I cannot wait to see wait fate awaits Morgan and how the Fae will be even more incorporated in the next book!. Enchanting
Format: Kindle
"Queen of Roses" by Briar Boleyn is a delightful and refreshing reimagining of the classic tale of King Arthur, with a captivating twist that places the spotlight on Morgan, a character who has often been overshadowed in traditional retellings. Boleyn's creative decision to shift the narrative perspective to Morgan breathes new life into the story, offering readers an intriguing and compelling look at the Arthurian world from an entirely different angle. One of the most commendable aspects of this book is its incorporation of Fae elements, which adds an enchanting layer of magic and mystery to the already familiar Arthurian setting. Boleyn skillfully weaves the world of the Fae into the narrative, creating a captivating backdrop against which the events of the story unfold. This addition not only adds depth to the world-building but also provides ample opportunities for twists and turns that keep readers thoroughly engrossed. However, while the book boasts numerous strengths, it does have one noticeable flaw: the characterization of Morgan. While it is reasonable to create a flawed and complex protagonist, it appears that at times, Morgan's character becomes overly difficult and hard to relate to. Her persistently negative perception of one of the main male characters, who is a potential love interest, despite his efforts to support and assist her, may come across as somewhat irrational and could test the patience of some readers. Striking a balance between a strong, independent character and one who can recognize genuine support and affection could have enhanced the overall reader experience. Nonetheless, the allure of "Queen of Roses" lies in its innovative approach to the Arthurian legend and its skillful blending of fantasy elements into a familiar narrative. Boleyn's evocative prose draws readers into a world where magic, destiny, and fate entwine, leaving us eager to uncover the mysteries that unfold within the pages. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

An action-packed dark romantasy
Format: Kindle
I loved this book! Queen of Roses is an Arthurian-inspired dark romantasy that is the first book in the Blood of Fae series. The story follows Morgan, the princess of Camelot who is rumored to be part fae. Fueled by prejudiced hatred and a mistrust of fae blood, Morgan’s abusive father strips her of her birthright and hands it to her half-brother, Arthur. Instead of becoming queen, Morgan is commanded to join the temple of the goddesses when she comes of age. However, Arthur turns into a psychopathic, power-hungry, fae-hating king as he ages. He develops malevolent plans and commands Morgan to find an ancient weapon with legendary power. Although Morgan is wary of Arthur’s intentions, she embraces the opportunity to go on a journey and potentially change her fate. The story picks up from there and we follow Morgan on her quest to find the ancient relic. It’s full of high stakes adventure, mystery, tension, banter, forced proximity, hidden magic, self discovery, and betrayal. This first installment of the series intricately develops the world building and character development. There’s little romance in this book, but it is evident that it is a slow burn that will continue to develop throughout the remainder of the series. Overall, I loved the world building, the epic fantasy, Morgan’s journey of self discovery, and all of the twists and turns that set the stage for the future installments. I can’t wait to see what happens next!

Arthurian Fae Quest…say less.
Format: Kindle
A fae centered Arthurian tale unlike any I’ve read so far. The author did a great job at descriptive world building, with scenes easily playing out in my minds eye. There was plenty of action, suspense, and even a touch of horror. An enemies to lovers, slow burn romance, a quest, with plot twist and turns aplenty. There was a love triangle, which I’m not usually a fan of but, it played out well in this story line. The FMC, Morgan Pendragon, was so blatantly naïve, yet I typically expect as much in a ‘book one’ of a series, especially one that features a fairly sheltered princess. I was happy to read that in spite of this, she still showed a strong sense of morals, fire, and spine. Now our MMC? Kairos Draven, aka Void’s Edge. Oh, how I’m a sucker for a smoking’ hot grumpy warrior alpha with a witty mouth, and a strong sense of “touch her and die” attitude, so you know who held all my cards. That ending? Just made me swoon all the harder. Now add a battlecat that rivals the size of a horse…and well Ms. Briar Boleyn you have well and truly stolen my heart. I’m excited to see where the story goes from here, and follow along to see more of the characters growth. I went into this story fairly blind, and I think I enjoyed it all the more because of it. Once the story got going, it had me in an absolute chokehold and it was difficult to put down.
