Caldo e vigoroso lassaggio, connotato da tannini setosi e da sfumature balsamiche e minerali. Eccellente, succosa e raffinata la lunghezza.Prodotto per la prima volta nel 1961, il Barolo Bussia Riserva DOCG Vigna Colonnello, della cantina Prunotto, è un vino storico che affonda le proprie radici in antiche tradizioni. Proviene da un cru di un ettaro situato nel comune di Monforte dAlba, nella zona di Bussia. Nasce da una macerazione sulle bucce di 25 giorni, riposa per due anni in botti grandi di rovere francese, per un anno in acciaio e per trenta mesi in bottiglia. È intrigante e sensuale al naso, avvolgente e potente al palato, raffinato ed elegante nel retrogusto: è, senza mezzi termini, un vino per le grandi occasioni.
Da riservare per occasioni e convivialità importanti, è ottimo con i medaglioni di capriolo al timo.

Great for use atop the bedside table!
