The story was not too bad. It was a fairly quick read, and it kept my attention. I started to rush through the end of the book because I did start to get a bit bored of the clinginess of the main character.

Twists and Turns!

This book was full of twists and turns and suspense. It was also full of interesting characters which kept the pace moving forward. Surprising to the very end, the book was well written and worth the praise it has been given.

Phenomenal
Format: Kindle
god, this book was so refreshing! as i’m sure any sapphic book enthusiast who also shares a love for women’s soccer (sorry, i’m american) would agree! it was incredibly well-written and teeming with swoon-worthy moments as well as plenty of wonderfully accurate depictions of the women’s game. and i have to say, as a USWNT and arsenal fan, the fact that this book and its characters had me rooting for england and a london-based team that weren’t my gunners is just a testament to how good it actually is (as only leah williamson can get me to pull for the lionesses in un-patriotic enthusiasm). seriously, read this book! it’s wonderful!
