In bocca entra morbido e vigoroso nei ritorni fruttati-agrumati.Il Friuli Venezia Giulia Bianco IGT di Klanjscek si distingue per la morbidezza e la ricchezza gusto-olfattiva del sorso. Richiama infatti il territorio di provenienza (la ponka friulana) e il varietale autoctono, entrambi viva espressione del Friuli Venezia Giulia. Le uve sono coltivate ad alberello e raccolte a mano a fine settembre, quindi vinificano in tini aperti senza controllo della temperatura con lieviti indigeni. Successivamente affinano in botti di rovere per 12 mesi prima della messa in bottiglia, dove il vino riposa per altri 5 mesi. Si tratta di un vino intrigante, caratterizzato da un profilo gustativo morbido e sfaccettato.
Ottimo con primi piatti saporiti, salumi e piatti di pesce. Interessante con i calamari ripieni.

Otter Kingdom Premium Smoked Oysters with Red Chili Pepper in Pure Olive Oil, 3-Ounce Pack of 12
They were shipped in a box that prevented any damage and they arrived promptly after I ordered them. These Otter Kingdom Premium Smoked Oysters with Red Peppers in Pure Olive Oil are excellent quality oysters. I have loved oysters for decades and I have tried several brands of all types of smoked. I gave the Otter Kingdom brand a try because I like a little red pepper spice in foods. These have an amazing flavor with heat that doesn't burn and a nice spicy flavor. It definitely enhances the smoked flavor of these oysters. I went through half the box in a few days. I will be buying these again soon.
P.S. After several cans they definitely have a nice kick. Especially if you want some heat without losing the desire to keep eating them. Worth every penny. I set them up to come every three months.

Good quality but I sure don't taste spicy and pricey
These are big good quality smoked oysters. The smoke flavor was too strong for me and they were not one bit spicy even with a pepper in the can which wasn't even mild eaten by itself. They are also pricey compared to other brands which I like better after the comparison. If you like spicy get another brand that costs less like chicken of the sea and add your favorite hot sauce like sriracha or tabasco etc to get your spice flavor and heat level

Love them, eat this brand all the time
These are the best! Just a dash of spice and in pure olive oil! I have bought them repeatedly! Oysters are so good for us women! They support bone health (Vitamin D, Zinc, Copper), iron for energy, and B vitamins for brain function, with studies even suggesting oyster peptides may protect ovaries; they also provide Omega-3s for heart/skin health and Selenium for thyroid function, all while being low-calorie. I turn my friends on to them who have never tried smoked oysters with a dab of Nancy's probiotic cream cheese on crackers or my favorite, Celery!
