Description

This single head flat hone is specifically designed to recreate the factory look and edge on beauty, barber, and grooming scissors. It offers a faster, easier, and more precise sharpening experience compared to traditional systems.

The Hira-To® fixture is ergonomically contoured to fit the natural curvature of the sharpener's hand, allowing sharpeners of various skill levels to achieve the free-hand style used by Japanese blade smiths. It can sharpen both right and left hand scissors at any angle ranging from 25° to 65°.

This sharpener is the most advanced single head flat hone on the market, featuring multi-direction switching, a variable speed drive with 0-2500 RPM, and an electronic shaft break. It is compatible with pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) discs, providing versatility in sharpening different blade types, shapes, sizes, tapers, and angles.
