The DZF-6050 features a 1.9 Cu-Ft stainless steel chamber, large enough to accommodate large samples on multiple shelves. A highly accurate heating rate and wide operating temperature allow for precise extraction and processing. This new model featured integrated LED lighted and capability to hold up to 12 shelves. Controlling the DZF oven is a breeze with the easy-to-read digital control panel which displays temperature and time control settings. A large Hg vacuum gauge adorns the front of the oven allowing for quick easy vacuum level detection up to 30" Hg. On the front of the oven you will find the vacuum control valve and a vacuum evacuation valve that let you control the amount of vacuum in the chamber accurately.

The large access door on the front of the oven opens 180 degrees, offering plenty of space for placing and removing samples. Each door is fitted with a 1/2" safety glass so you can view samples while they are extracting/degassing. A tight seal around the perimeter of the door ensures a solid vacuum with no loss of suction.?The oven includes all 12 shelves at no extra cost. Our shelves are made of high-grade aluminum, and feature raised edges on all four sides so your product stays on the shelf.
