ISSPRO's Pillar Kit is a perfect way to get the gauges you want but also the best place to put them. An extra set of gauges for your truck isn't just for the racing and high-performance crowd. Knowing what is going on at all times can allow you to tune and correct a lot of hidden issues and optimize performance and fuel economy. Plus, what better than having a cab that looks like a cockpit?!? Choose four styles that match best with your pickup so it looks like they came with it right out of the factory!

Each set comes with one Pyrometer gauge (0-1600 °F), one Turbo Boost gauge (0-40 PSI), one Transmission Temperature gauge (100-280°F), and the pillar face replacement that fits all gauges along with the hardware and wires needed. Choose between Black with Black/Color, Black with Black/White, Black with White/Color, and Chrome with White/Color. You don't need to be a race car driver to use these but you might feel like one after you get them in your truck!

Wise Advice for the College-Bound Student

I read this book after reading Newport's other study guide How to Become a Straight A Student and was looking forward to more of his easy to understand, quickly read nuggets of wisdom. Although I found the advice in his previous book to be more helpful, I did fine some words of advice that I will surely put to use in my upcoming semester. Among the gems I found, Newport reminds students to "Study in Fifty-Minute Chunks" and "Learn to Listen." In these short chapters there are ideas to help the student better utilize their time by minimizing distractions and knowing exactly what to listen for in a lecture. By far my favorite and most memorable line from this book is "A good analogy is that writing is to a college student what shooting hoops is to a basketball player." Wise advice indeed. I would recommend this book to high school an college students alike. The chapters are short and jam packed with good advice.

This was so well written, I loved every second of it. It was a lovely take on vampires and what they are or can be. Spoilers: This wasn’t an easy read for me. How Miyako’s parents acted… that was my parents only worse in a lot of ways and only better in that they never hit me as an adolescent. So reading this brought up memories of the abuse I suffered. Even so, it is a really good story and I highly recommend. I hope to read more of her stories soon and follow Miyako and see how she and her family grow as characters.
