Create a brilliant blue brew with Butterfly Flowers or add the bluish-purple petals to a custom dried tea blend (imagine a colorful cup of golden chamomile with bright red hibiscus)!

Pair the blue blossoms with Lemongrass, Green Tea, Lavender, and citrus drinks to create a vibrant spectrum of colors ranging from pastel blue to deep purple, and chartreuse green!

Blue Butterfly has been used in South East Asia to add color to teas and other foods and is used therapeutically in traditional Ayurvedic medicine as a calming, gentle stress relief remedy.

Ingredients: Lemongrass, green tea, lavender 

Suggested directions:

Pour 1 cup boiling water over ½ to 1 teaspoonful of herb, preferably in a glass or porcelain container. Cover and allow to steep 5-15 minutes, depending on strength desired. Strain and add honey to suit taste.
