Il vino si presenta di colore giallo, delicato e con bei riflessi rosati, il perlage è fine e persistente. Al naso c'è grande mineralità, salinità, note di mela e crosta di pane, con sentori di frutta secca. Al palato è vivace, equilibrato e ben strutturato. Chiusura lunga e appena amaricante.Lo Spumante Metodo Classico Dosaggio Zero “Nebolé” di Travaglini trascorre almeno quaranta mesi sui lieviti, è ben strutturato e ci piace soprattutto per la forte mineralità che esprime. È frutto di un lavoro di ricerca rigorosa applicata al grappolo di uva nebbiolo, effettuata dall'enologo Sergio Molino nel primo decennio degli anni 2000. Un prodotto davvero interessante.
Si sposa bene con primi di pesce o secondi di carne bianca. Noi vi proponiamo di assaggiarlo con asparagi su fonduta.

I have a 2024 Honda HR-V. It's so difficult finding wipers that work. These were a perfect fit and the price is unbeatable for all 3! Just a heads up- There is a clear film on the blades, I didn't notice and initially thought they were horrible. Once I noticed and removed the film, they work extremely well. 10/10. Will buy again if the price stays this good!
