Giallo intenso. Al naso emergono sentori di ananas e pesca bianca, note di sambuco e toni di fiori bianchi. Al palato rivela una spiccata acidità; è fine, piacevolmente sapido, persistente.Nato dal desiderio di riscoprire la vocazione dei territori di Cortona per la produzione di grandi vini bianchi da uve autoctone, il Toscana Bianco IGT "Da-Di" di Avignonesi è frutto di quattro differenti vinificazioni: le uve di orpicchio affinano in anfora di gres e in barriques usate; quelle di vermentino esclusivamente in anfora; il grechetto, invece, va incontro a macerazione carbonica in inox e, successivamente, affina in barriques usate; il trebbiano, infine, subisce una macerazione di 48 ore e, in seguito, riposa in barriques. Dopo l'assemblaggio, il vino è poi imbottigliato in primavera, rivelando fin dal primo assaggio armonia e personalità spiccata.
Ottimo in abbinamento ai secondi di pesce, può accompagnare anche i piatti vegetariani.
