"PI" è un pregiato Châteauneuf du Pape, prodotto in piccole quantità da Domaine Chante Cigale utilizzando esclusivamente uva grenache proveniente da viti di oltre quarantanni, che crescono su un terreno sabbioso. Dopo una vendemmia rigorosamente manuale, il vino affina in legno per circa dodici mesi. Intenso e complesso, migliora con il tempo.
