Core Nutritionals Flex is all about full-on joint support for athletes, bodybuilders, and folks who stay active and want to keep their cartilage, connective tissues, mobility, and everyday comfort in check. From what we see on brand sites and stores, it's a tablet formula with multiple ingredients, not some simple one-trick pony. Sources talk about an 8-tablet serving and 30 servings per bottle, with 11 active ingredients hitting joints from different sides.

Core Nutritionals is a solid name in performance nutrition. Started by drug-free pro bodybuilder Doug Miller and Stephanie Miller, they're known for real formulas for serious fitness fans who hate weak doses and fluffy marketing. That vibe fits here: Flex comes across as a straight-up joint helper for athletes, not some generic health thing.

From online info, ingredients often listed include glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM (that's methylsulfonylmethane, a sulfur compound for joint health), cissus, turmeric/curcumin, boswellia, bromelain, black cherry, black pepper, and vitamins like C and D3. These are go-tos for keeping cartilage strong, supporting tissues, recovering from repeat stress, and moving easier. Reviews and descriptions position Flex for hard trainers with built-up joint stress or those wanting to get ahead before it slows them down.

What you're getting isn't a 'feel it right away' thing, but something you take steady to make training feel better over time. People drawn to Flex are typ

How to Use

Online sources say it's an 8-tablet serving, but we don't have the verified label, so check the bottle you get. For these joint supps, taking it daily beats timing it perfect around lifts. Lots of people take tablets with food and water for easy swallowing and no tummy issues. If eight at once is too much, split them if the label says okay. Stick with it for weeks to see how it helps, since it's about building up support.

What to Expect

Joint support builds slow, not like a big rush. First week or two, it's mostly about getting used to it and staying consistent. By two to four weeks, you might feel warmer-ups go smoother or less everyday tightness, especially if you had some wear already. Real shifts in comfort and workout toughness often hit after steady weeks. Best payoffs come from daily use, not dipping in and out.

On the fence...
Will be updating review after I have used it for more than a week. But so far here are the pros and cons: Pros: Smells good Seems like a little goes a long way Easy to apply Cons: Not sure if this is because I didn't use Sulfate free shampoo, but felt like with one wash I didn't get all the product out of my hair, so when It dried, it still looked greasy/oily Will be washing my hair again with sulfate free shampoo, then will do another application in another day or so. it says to use 2-3 times a week, so I'll use it 3 times a week for 2 weeks and then come back and update my review. But so far, it seams like a good product and for the money, it's a fair value.

Best Shampoo/Conditioner I Have Ever Used
Scent: Nettle, Scent: Nettle
I purchased the Nettle Shampoo in hopes of getting my hair back to health after frying it off with bleach. I used it for the first time today and it is my favorite thing I have ever purchased for my hair. The smell of this is divine. I am not a sweet gourmand fan and this is just the most fresh scent I ever smelt I think. It honestly smells like a high end salon shampoo/conditioner duo. That is my favorite part about this product. Second favorite is that it actually does work soooo well! I put in quite a bit of oils and hair care before washing my hair and all of those oils were removed without leaving any waxy greasy feel to my hair. I was concerned it wouldn’t come out because this shampoo is 99% lather free. But it worked SO GOOD! It doesn’t feel dried out and brittle either. It’s just perfect I can’t stress it enough. 10/10 I wish there were more way I can say how much I adore this product. I have very fine hair by the way and it doesn’t weigh it down. I will keep using this and will update in maybe a month with pictures! Here’s the update: I used the shampoo and conditioner for idk probably a month. I’m not really sure. BUT I still absolutely love it. In the pictures I am going to attach, you can see that I had a decent amount of growth (the hair from the root that looks gray). My hair is quite oily after other hair care products were added so that’s why it looks the way it does. One more thing, the shampoo is very drying on the scalp I have noticed a little bit of dandruff and itchiness right after washing but I believe my scalp is getting used to it now because it’s getting less and less noticeable after every use. Keep in mind my hair had been chemically treated during the first week of use multiple times including bleach and box dye so that’s probably why it was irritated. I still absolutely adore the scent and the way it leaves my hair feeling light and clean and shiny and SOFTTT!

Great product, poorly designed bottles.
Scent: Onion Unscented
I like this product! However, the bottles are heavy, bulky and awkward, what a waste of plastic. The design is poor. The conditioner top was broken, and the product was so thick it was very hard to try and get out of the unyielding bottle when I unscrewed it. Had to ask for a replacement. But it smells great and leaves my hair very soft. I had gotten one for my mother (87) but the bottle was a little much for her, too bad. There's less in it than what it looks like, as it has an inner, smaller container. A lot of trouble and cost to save a small amount of product.

Great product for damaged bleached hair
Scent: Keratin
Great shampoo and conditioner. Smooths the frizzy ends. I bleach my hair and I am unhappy that this product appears to have washed or altered the toner. I have platinum bleached hair and I put a pale blonde toner on it. I waited 4 days after I bleached and toned my hair to use your product and the end result was yellow hair not that beautiful pale blonde color. I will play around with purple shampoo and your product to see if I can find a happy medium because I do love the silky feeling on my damaged over-processed hair. Thanks for developing such a wonderful product for damaged hair
