Al palato risulta morbido e avvolgente, caldo e con buona struttura, buona freschezza grazie all'acidità e tannino dolce. Molto buona la persistenza.Un Amarone equilibrato questo di Albino Armani. Dalle uve classiche e tradizionali del territorio di Marano e della Valle d’Illasi dove vi sono le vecchie pergole dei vigneti dell'azienda. Dopo l'appassimento nei fruttai di Marano, fino a gennaio, viene vinificato per poi essere affinato in tonneaux per almeno 36 mesi. Il risultato è questo Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG potente ed equilibrato, che sa di tradizione e di cultura vinicola.
Carni in lunghe cotture come stracotti, brasati, spezzatini ed arrosti sono compagni ideali, come anche i formaggi stagionati ma a noi piace l'abbinamento con il risotto all'amarone dove le diverse componenti di cibo e vino si abbinano alla perfezione.

Meets My Expectation

Meets my expectation. I ordered these to put on my living room wall. When I opened the box they were neatly wrapped and packaged. Super easy to put together and install. I love the rod bracket that mounts onto the wall making it easy to slide the rods into the holes on the back of the shelf. Very sturdy and holds my little decors and look nice on the wall.
