Echeveria is a plant genus of about 150 species of ornamental garden plants in the stonecrop family (Crassulaceae). They are typically rose-shaped with broad fleshy leaves with waxy, velvety, or powdery surfaces and are often iridescent, sometimes red-edged when exposed to sunlight.
