They were built for the well known company Micro Seiki and were based on the WE-407/23. The WE-403/23 and the WE-407TM are both products of the highest class of Japanese craftsmanship. This WE-407TM features a longer effective length to fit Micro Seiki record players.
SAEC tone arms have earned renown for their exceptional rigidity, designed to eliminate any false movement or resonance, thus aiming for an environment where the stylus can flawlessly track a record groove without any loss or interference.
The WE-407TM achieves unparalleled rigidity and stability under all circumstances, while maintaining a compact design. Crafted from a special lightweight alloy pioneered by French aircraft technology, akin to the material used in our highly acclaimed WE-506/30 arm, its stability and precision are enhanced by the exclusive Double Knife Edge bearing, fortified further in the WE-407TM with forged steel, the same kind used in the renowned Japanese swords.
Precise balance is maintained at all times both horizontally and vertically; and more than ever before, the body of the arm and its knife-edge bearing function together as one integral unit.
This unit also ships with the SAEC AS-500E arm stabiliser!

Great book and opportunity to learn two languages!

My five year olds have recently developed an interest in the Spanish language. We already have the English version so I now read both to my girls (and also translate the Spanish book when reading). They really enjoy it and I am getting to brush up on the Spanish I haven't used since high school. The pages are illustrated nicely and although the translation is slightly different, it tells the basic story and you can follow along in the English book.
I recommend this item.
