De Classic T Vintage in Lake Placid Blue

De Suhr Classic T Vintage LE Lake Placid Blue is een Limited Edition die het vintage T-type-verhaal serieus neemt. De Lake Placid Blue-afwerking op de Alder-body is een kleur die direct verwijst naar de gouden jaren van de elektrische gitaar, en Suhr doet hem recht met een nitro-achtige uitstraling en een zorgvuldige laklaag. De Roasted Maple-hals geeft het instrument extra stabiliteit en een iets warmere toon dan standaard Maple, wat perfect aansluit bij het vintage karakter van deze gitaar.

De Indian Rosewood-fretboard met 60's C Vintage Standard-profiel (.810"-.930") speelt vertrouwd en comfortabel, met 22 medium Nickel-frets, Clay Dots en een 9"-12" compound radius. Twee M.A.T. (Modern Aged Tone) single coils via een 3-weg schakelaar met volume en toon. De Wilkinson 3-saddle brug en Gotoh Kluson-tuners completeren het vintage plaatje zonder concessies te doen aan speelbaarheid. Gewicht 3.32 kg, schaal 25.5", inclusief hardcase.

De M.A.T. pickups zijn Suhr's interpretatie van hoe een vintage T-type pickup er in de praktijk uit moet klinken. Ze zijn ontworpen om de warmte en het karakter van de beste oude exemplaren te evenaren, maar dan met de consistentie en betrouwbaarheid die je van een modern Suhr-instrument mag verwachten. In combinatie met de Wilkinson 3-saddle brug klinkt deze Classic T Vintage precies zoals de naam belooft.

Good Quality but Limited Space for Multiple Bottles

This organizer is decent quality, but it ended up being smaller than I expected. For reference, I usually keep the following items at my sink: • Dawn squeeze dish soap • Mrs. Meyers hand soap • Dr. Brown’s bottle soap • A sponge • A bottle brush All of these items fit comfortably in my previous sink caddy that I bought on Amazon. Unfortunately that one eventually started peeling and rusting, which is why I replaced it. With this one, the narrow section on the left side limits how much you can actually store. It works well for the brush, but it reduces the usable space for bottles. Because of that, fitting multiple soap bottles plus a sponge is a little tight. I also think my previous organizer was slightly wider, which made a bigger difference than I realized. One feature I do like is the removable plastic tray on the bottom. It catches water well and keeps the counter from getting messy, which is a nice touch. Overall, it’s usable and I will keep it, but if you normally keep several bottles and tools at your sink like I do, I would recommend paying close attention to the measurements before ordering.
