Pad DRP-1 Vintage 80's Percussion Sounds - Digital PCM Drum Pad The Boss DRP-1 Dr. Pad, released in 1987, is a compact digital percussion pad with six built-in PCM drum sounds selectable by a rotary switch, designed for expressive one-shot triggering from its onboard pad or via an external trigger input. It is monophonic (one voice at a time) and provides audio output (plus a signal input/mix function on the rear), with front-panel controls that let you alter parameters such as pitch, pitch sensitivity, decay/duration, and pitch sweep, allowing the internal sounds to be shaped well beyond fixed drum-machine hits.
