Condemned Essentials L-Citrulline keeps it simple with one job: pure citrulline, no stims, no hidden blends, no junk. That's its big win, but let's be real about it. You get fermented L-Citrulline and that's it—easy to see, easy to stack, easy to dose how you want. The label says 2g per scoop, which is solid but way under the 6-8g you see in most studies for boosting nitric oxide, blood flow, and workout gains.

L-Citrulline boosts L-arginine levels better than taking arginine straight. It skips the liver breakdown and turns into arginine in your kidneys. That pumps up plasma arginine, giving your body more to make nitric oxide. Nitric oxide widens blood vessels—vasodilation, basically—for better flow, nutrient delivery, and that full pump feeling during lifts. Plus, citrulline helps in the urea cycle, clearing out ammonia from tough workouts. Ammonia builds up and makes you tired, especially in long sessions.

The science on L-Citrulline is solid. Tons of studies and meta-analyses back it, especially for raising arginine and helping blood pressure in some folks. In workouts, it can boost power, delay fatigue, and cut soreness—but only at the right dose. That's key. At 2g per scoop, it's below what's usually tested for max results. Think of one scoop as a flexible

CNDMND L-Citrulline by Condemned Labz contains 2g Fermented L-Citrulline, a standard dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Key Highlights

  • You get 2,000mg fermented L-Citrulline per scoop—clean and solo for building your pump stack. It's all about control: use it alone, boost a weak pre, or ramp it up to match what studies show works.
  • L-Citrulline beats straight arginine for raising levels. It dodges the liver hit and converts in the kidneys, making it the go-to for nitric oxide in today's workout supps.
  • It's all about nitric oxide here. More arginine means more fuel for making nitric oxide, which opens up blood vessels for that full, lasting pump you feel in the gym.
  • Citrulline also clears ammonia via the urea cycle, not just pumps. That fights fatigue from waste buildup as your sets pile on.
  • L-Citrulline has killer backing—over 46 studies and 5 meta-analyses, super strong on boosting plasma arginine.
  • No hidden blends here—total transparency. In a world of shady pump mixes, you know exactly what's in it and can check it against real research.
  • One scoop is under the 6-8g from studies, and we're straight about that. No hype—it's a flexible dose you can scale if you know your stuff.
  • Just citrulline means it stacks great with glycerol, nitrates, or caffeine. Build your pre around what you need, not some forced all-in-one.

CNDMND L-Citrulline by Condemned Labz contains 2g Fermented L-Citrulline, a standard dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Who Is This For?

  • Bodybuilders in growth phases chasing muscle fullness, dense training, and that connected feel over stim hype. Gives pure citrulline to scale and pair with their go-to pre, not locked in a blend.
  • Seasoned pre users whose stuff has skimpy citrulline. 2g scoop tops it off if they have 3-4g already, hitting closer to 6-8g from research.
  • Night owls wanting pump without caffeine crash. Just fermented L-Citrulline, perfect for late lifts where flow helps but sleep matters.
  • Custom stack builders using singles. Fits with creatine, electrolytes, glycerol, beetroot, or caffeine for pump, endurance, or stim-free days.
  • Endurance or hybrid trainers needing flow and fatigue help in long hauls. Citrulline boosts nitric oxide and clears ammonia—useful beyond lifting, especially at higher doses.
  • Supp-savvy folks who dig clear labels and control. They know citrulline, that 2g isn't full dose, and want to adjust without extras.

How to Use

Mix your serving in water 20-40 minutes pre-lift. That times it for nitric oxide buildup before heavy sets. 2g per scoop is a start or add-on; for full pump like studies, go multi-scoop or stack. Use a shaker for even mix, adjust water if solo or combined. Empty stomach or light meal works; heavy food might slow it. Stacks well with creatine, glycerol, nitrates, electrolytes, caffeine based on goals. No cycling—it's for acute support. Keep sealed, cool, dry for best powder.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: Simple powder—mix and sip, no instant buzz like caffeine. Minutes 10-20: No big rush, but it's absorbing; if stacked with stims, you feel that while citrulline ramps. Minutes 20-40: Here's where good dosing shows—fuller muscles, veins popping, pump holding strong. Minutes 40-90: Session feels steady, especially in volume work. Days 1-7: It's workout-based, so dose per session matters more than loading. Weeks 2-4: No wait for buildup, but you tweak dosing and stacks, making it fit your routine perfect.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much L-Citrulline is in each serving of Condemned Essentials L-Citrulline?

Each scoop provides 2g of fermented L-Citrulline. That is a transparent, single-ingredient dose, but it is below the 6-8g range most often used in sports nutrition research for pumps and performance.

Is 2 grams of L-Citrulline enough for a strong pump?

For most users, 2g is a light dose rather than a full clinical pump dose. It works best as a top-up to another pre-workout or as a flexible starting point, while the literature most commonly supports 6-8g for more noticeable performance and pump effects.

Why use L-Citrulline instead of L-Arginine?

L-Citrulline raises arginine more effectively because it bypasses heavy first-pass metabolism and is converted in the kidneys. That makes it a more reliable way to support nitric oxide production and vasodilation than taking arginine directly.

When should I take this product before training?

Take it about 20-40 minutes pre-workout. That gives citrulline time to begin elevating arginine availability as you move into your main training sets.

Can I stack Condemned Essentials L-Citrulline with my current pre-workout?

Yes, that is one of the best uses for it. If your current pre-workout contains only 3-4g citrulline or hides pump ingredients in a blend, this product lets you raise total citrulline intake without changing the rest of your stack.

Does this product contain caffeine or stimulants?

No. This formula is just fermented L-Citrulline, so it is stimulant-free and can be used on its own or alongside caffeine from another product if desired.

Does L-Citrulline need to be loaded every day like creatine or beta-alanine?

No. Citrulline works primarily as an acute pre-workout ingredient, so its benefits depend more on taking an effective dose before training than on daily tissue saturation.

What should I stack with this for a better pump?

Glycerol and nitrates are the most logical companions. Citrulline supports nitric oxide through the arginine-eNOS pathway, while nitrates use a different nitric oxide route and glycerol enhances fluid-driven fullness and cell hydration.

Will this help with endurance or just bodybuilding pumps?

It can support both. Better blood flow and improved ammonia clearance are relevant not only to muscle pumps, but also to sustained performance during longer or higher-volume training sessions.

Is this a good beginner supplement?

Yes, because it is simple and stimulant-free. The main thing beginners need to understand is that one scoop is not a full research-range citrulline dose, so expectations should match the actual serving size.

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Good start to a series
Format: Kindle
I delayed reading the series for reasons I don’t remember. But my TBR list is huge so I thought I’d take a shot of this and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think the blurb about it was anything special. But it was a very good book. It took some interesting twists and turns. I am so glad the second book is already out. Because I would not have waited patiently. Very slow burn but good storyline. 🔥🔥/5

A good read
Format: Kindle
Multiple points of view. 3 Alpha men and an Omega male. She is a Beta in training for a new program placing betas in Alpha/Omega packs. Mila is only doing the program for the money to take care of her dad. She wasn't expecting to fall for a pack but when she sees this packs Omega she is done for. There is just something about him. His Alphas are good looking as well. Too bad she is hiding a secret and their government is acting shady. I liked it and can't wait to see where their story goes.

Slightly repetitive but I did love some things
Format: Kindle
I love this type of story. And omegaverse is one of my all time favorite genres. But there are a few things that pulled me out of my enjoyment while I was reading. It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character. There were also some plot holes but they may still be answered in part 2. Now this isn’t to be said I didn’t enjoy parts of the story. I loved the almost instant love between Mila and Oliver. And how he started changing around her.
