6g Citrulline, 4g Beta-Alanine, and a real high-stim kick

Anarchy Labs Jawan is a straightforward, high-stim pre-workout that focuses on muscle performance, mental drive, and a serious energy hit. From what we see on the label, a full scoop gives you 6,000mg L-Citrulline, 4,000mg Beta-Alanine, 2,500mg Betaine Anhydrous, 2,000mg L-Tyrosine, 750mg DMAE, and 600mg Alpha-GPC, plus extra nootropics, stimulants, electrolytes, and absorption helpers. This isn't some formula leaning on one big stim to hide a weak lineup. The front is all about real performance; the back brings the high-octane vibe.

The pump and endurance parts are spot on. 6g of L-Citrulline is right in the sweet spot from tons of studies—over 46 trials and meta-analyses back it. It works better than straight arginine because it skips the liver, turns into arginine in your kidneys, and boosts nitric oxide for better blood flow. You get wider blood vessels, more nutrients to muscles, and better waste removal via the urea cycle. Beta-Alanine at 4g beats the usual 3.2g daily dose for building carnosine in muscles, which fights off acid buildup during intense sets. It builds up over weeks for better fatigue resistance in high-rep work. Betaine Anhydrous at 2.5g matches common study doses for power, cell hydration, and methyl support—it's a real player, not just window dressing.

The brain-boosting side is just as strong. L-Tyrosine at 2g is a solid dose to keep you sharp under stress by supporting catecholamine levels. It teams up great with caffeine since caffeine ramps up demand, and tyrosine keeps the supply going. Alp

Key Highlights

  • 6,000mg L-Citrulline — that's a full dose you can feel, not some skimpy amount. It turns into arginine in your kidneys and cranks up nitric oxide for better blood flow, wider veins, and those thick pumps you notice during your workout.
  • 4,000mg Beta-Alanine — more than the standard 3.2g from studies for ramping up carnosine in muscles. Carnosine fights the acid burn in high-rep sets, so you can push a bit longer before calling it quits.
  • 2,500mg Betaine Anhydrous — hits the dose you see in a lot of research. It boosts power, keeps cells hydrated, and helps with methylation, making it a smart pick for overall performance without the hype.
  • 2,000mg L-Tyrosine — a hefty dose for staying focused when things get tough. It's a building block for dopamine, norepinephrine, and epinephrine, helping your brain hold up when workouts and stims push you.
  • 600mg Alpha-GPC — a top-tier dose for focus that's more than just energy. It provides choline to make acetylcholine, which sharpens concentration, muscle control, and that zoned-in feel lifters love.
  • DMAE + Huperzine A + Alpha-GPC — a smart combo for nootropics instead of one lazy ingredient. It boosts acetylcholine production and slows its breakdown, leading to better focus, cleaner lifts, and stronger connection to your muscles.
  • Two types of caffeine — anhydrous for quick hits and di-caffeine malate for longer lasting energy. It's a better setup than single-shot caffeine that spikes and crashes fast.
  • Theobromine added in — a cool stim helper that's smoother than most. As a methylxanthine, it gives steady alertness plus some blood flow and breathing benefits that pair well with pumps and performance.

Who Is This For?

  • Seasoned bodybuilders in volume-heavy phases who need a pre that delivers more than caffeine. 6g citrulline, 2.5g betaine, and focus stack fit long sessions where pumps, form, and concentration count.
  • Stim-hardy lifters hitting early mornings who want a quick flip to full-on mode. Caffeine, theobromine, tyrosine, Alpha-GPC, and Huperzine A give fast brain boost and intense vibe over basic options.
  • Advanced gym rats who dig hard pres and seek that high-stim feel. Jawan isn't mild; it's for folks who know stacked stims and want them.
  • Strength and size chasers doing rough accessory work after mains. Beta-Alanine buffers acid as fatigue builds, citrulline and betaine keep you going in back-to-back sets.
  • Lifters who chase mind-muscle link and workout fire. Alpha-GPC, DMAE, phosphatidylserine, tyrosine, and Huperzine A offer more brain support than usual for staying sharp when tired.
  • Folks who hate hidden blends and want to check doses first. Jawan's open label beats the shady ones in a market full of secrets.

How to Use

Hit Jawan 20-30 minutes pre-workout so stims and focus peak when you need them. If it's new to you, start with half a scoop to test tolerance—it's definitely high-stim. Mix in 10-16 oz cold water in a shaker; extra water helps flavor and eases the stomach. Eat light 60-90 minutes before: empty stomach can make it hit too hard, heavy food slows it down. Don't add coffee or fat burners unless you're tracking stims and know your body. It goes great with creatine, intra hydration, and post protein. Save it for tough days to avoid tolerance buildup. Store sealed in a cool, dry spot, keep the scoop dry to stop clumps.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: after mixing and sipping, you might feel a subtle warmth, more alertness, and early beta-alanine tingles. Minutes 10-20: caffeine and quick stims ramp up, focus sharpens, and you get that high-stim rise. Minutes 20-40: pumps from citrulline and salt start showing, drive is high, and nootropics lock you in. Minutes 40-90: it holds strong thanks to dual caffeine and helpers—your tolerance decides if it's smooth or intense. Days 1-7: energy, focus, pumps, and tingles stand out right away. Weeks 2-4: beta-alanine's carnosine buildup shines for pushing through repeated sets. Consistent use makes the endurance side feel even better over time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Anarchy Labs Jawan a high-stim pre-workout?

Yes. Jawan is firmly in the high-stim category because it combines Caffeine Anhydrous, Di-Caffeine Malate, Theobromine, Synephrine, Alpha Yohimbine, and additional stimulant-like compounds such as Eria Jarensis and Juglans Regia. This is not a beginner-friendly energy profile.

Does Jawan use proprietary blends?

No. One of Jawan’s strongest selling points is that it does not rely on a proprietary blend. That gives educated buyers the ability to assess the formula ingredient by ingredient instead of guessing what’s hidden behind a blend name.

How much citrulline is in Jawan?

Brand-aligned research context for this product indicates 6,000mg L-Citrulline on a full serving. That lands directly in the 6-8g clinical range commonly used in research for nitric oxide support, blood flow, and improved training pump.

Why is the 4,000mg Beta-Alanine dose important?

4,000mg is above the classic 3.2g daily research benchmark used to elevate intramuscular carnosine. That matters because beta-alanine’s real value is cumulative: over time, higher carnosine levels help buffer the acidity that builds during hard sets and repeated efforts.

What does the focus complex in Jawan actually do?

Jawan’s focus support comes from multiple angles. L-Tyrosine helps maintain catecholamine production under stress, Alpha-GPC and DMAE support cholinergic signaling, Huperzine A helps slow acetylcholine breakdown, and Phosphatidylserine adds membrane-level brain support and stress-modulation potential.

Should I start with a full serving?

Not unless you already know you tolerate high-stim formulas very well. Because Jawan stacks multiple stimulants and adrenergic compounds, most users should begin with half a serving to assess energy, jitters, heart rate response, and overall comfort.

Can I take Jawan with coffee or an energy drink?

That is generally not a smart default. Jawan already contains fast-acting and sustained caffeine sources plus several additional stimulatory compounds, so stacking extra caffeine on top can push the experience from productive to excessive very quickly.

What is AstraGin® doing in this formula?

AstraGin® is a patented ingredient from NuLiv Science made from Astragalus membranaceus and Panax notoginseng extracts. It is included to support nutrient uptake by upregulating transporters in the gut, which is why it often appears in formulas built around amino acids and performance actives.

Is Jawan more about pump or energy?

Both are represented, but the product identity leans harder toward energy and focus because of the stimulant stack. The 6g citrulline, betaine, and salt create a legitimate pump-performance base, but the experience most users will notice first is the aggressive stimulant profile.

What should I stack with Jawan for best results?

The cleanest stack is standalone creatine monohydrate, a hydration or electrolyte product for longer sessions, and a quality post-workout protein. Jawan already covers pre-workout stimulation and focus heavily, so the smart move is to complement it with performance and recovery products rather than more stimulants.

Too compromised for the price
HDR: Windows 10/11 report 1015nits peak brightness which is its real peak luminance. Quantum HDR2000 is a fabricated specification unique to Samsung. In real content (games/movies) it is no where near capable of 2000nits and instead barely produces over 800nits peak brightness for 10% highlight. The 2000nit figure comes from best case scenario - 10% test slide used by calibrators and reviewers to measure luminance. The monitor detects such a scenario and temporarily boosts brightness so that they can publish impressive brightness figures. Yes this is essentially cheating and Samsung has been called out recently for the same "trick" on their TV's. Samsung could have opted to have the monitors HDR performance certified by VESA but chose not to in favor of their own marketing favorable terminology. In reality the monitor is some where between VESA DisplayHDR600 and DisplayHDR1000 due to a combination of Samsung severely limiting brightness for the sake of preventing blooming alongside possibly preventing the backlight from being overdriven to manage thermals. Scanlines: The monitor displays horizontal scanlines at its maximum 4K 240hz refresh rate. This is a limitation of the display driver or scaler and has been present on all 1440p+ 240hz Samsung monitors dating back to the original G7. This is not a software/firmware issue as the original G7 and Neo G9 still suffer from it to this day after over a dozen firmware updates between the two. Dropping down to 120hz rids you of scanlines but then you have to ask, why did I buy a 240hz display? A compromise is using a custom resolution/refresh rate of 165hz but then you have to ask yourself, why didn't I save $200 and purchase the Neo G7 instead? Anything above 165hz and the scanlines get very noticeable. Anti Reflective Coating: The Neo G8 uses a completely different AR coating compared to the Neo G7. Its extremely thick/hazy and has a sparkly sheen to it and as a result is a huge detriment to clarity. HDMI 2.1: As of right now the monitors HDMI 2.1 ports are either broken due to a firmware mishap or not full bandwidth HDMI 2.1 ports. 4K 120hz is the max possible refresh rate using an HDMI 2.1 capable GPU and even that can be finicky at times. DSC should make 4K 240hz possible just like the Displayport 1.4 port but its just not working correctly at the moment. Curve: The curve is non uniform and extremely aggressive at the center while flattening at the sides. It results in a very odd almost crease like presentation dead center and takes quite a bit of adjustment. I understand the 1000R curve is done to compensate for the VA panels poor viewing angles but its just too much for desktop/productivity and warps everything you're looking at. 1800R or 1500R max would be ideal although I wish Samsung would ditch this obsession with curves and just give us flat panels. Neo G7 vs Neo G8: So why buy the Neo G8? Well there really is no reason unless you enjoy horizontal scanlines at 240hz. The Neo G7 has the same HDR brightness (1015nits reported to Windows), gets you 165hz scanline free without having to fiddle with custom resolutions, uses a more traditional matte anti glare coating and as of writing this review appears to have the same HDMI 2.1 limitation.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW! And why people have issues with this Monitor, It's their fault.
Got mine today! Great packaging, no dead pixels! LOOKS AWESOME! This is what you need to know before buying this Monitor! Please read SO YOU KNOW! It will also help you with any other monitor, video card, or cables. This is a 4K 240Hz Monitor! There are 3 different versions of this Monitor in the user manual, and Samsung has never been great on literature to know what you need to push this monitor to its full potential. I read the 4-star reviews for this Monitor first. In there, I read about a guy who was getting tearing and replaced the DP (Display Port) cable to a 16K cable. I want to explain this to educate people and help. The base refresh rate for any resolution is 60Hz, so let's do the math backwards to fully understand. 16K at 60Hz = 8K at 120Hz = 4K at 240Hz = 2K at 480Hz Since not only Samsung, but every corporation tries to save money, the other 2 monitors in the user's guide doesn't require a 16K cable. Since I'm sure they all have the same packaging, there's no reason to believe the supplied DP (Display Port) cable is 16K. In Fact, I can see nothing on the cable that says so. However, I spent $6 for a 10' 16k cable delivered with the Monitor. This is the most important thing to know once you have your 16K DP (Display Port) cable. To push 16K your device (Video Card) has to have DP (Display Port) 2.1 AMD was on top of the ball on this and uses DP (Display Port) 2.1 for its RX 7000 series and up. I use a RX 7900XTX, so I'm covered. Nvidia used DP (Display Port) 1.4 on their RTX 4000 series cards to save money and charge you way too much! Nvidia implemented DP 2.1 on their RTX 5000 series cards. I don't know for INTEL cards; I would search the specs. I've read reviews from RTX 4000 people, and I can only assume that they don't understand that Nvidia DLSS has to be a factor, they aren't aware that their video cards can't push a true 4K at 240Hz. The last thing to add is the Dimensions that Samsung Provides! Yes, its 27" tall! But it's a telescopic stand, I only have 20.5" clearance, and it fits nice. I think it could go down to 19". Power Color Hellhound RX 7900 XTX AMD 9950 X3D Asus Rog Strix X870E-E Gaming Wi-Fi 32GB G.Skill Royal Neo at 8000Mhz Nothing else is important for this post

Music and video editing. This thing works.
Size: 49-1, Size: 49-1
49" curved. It's a good monitor. Confirmed resolution is 5K. I had never heard of ZZA before but the reviews were good and the price was decent. Honestly, I did not expect too much. Well, this monitor is well packaged, easy to handle and use, built nicely. The screen has a matte low-reflection surface and looks smooth. Tested with Ableton, DaVinci, WOW, Zoom, and a few others. Instantly improved my workflow by displaying longer timelines in music and video. Games like WOW are very immersive, but it takes a few hours to get used to. Once you get into it, it might be had to go back to a normal flatscreen. Overall, it's worth the money. ZZA is evidently taking this very seriously with a decent design and a solid feel. Would recommend.

Great monitor
Was looking for an extra monitor to use for when working from home. The picture quality is perfect for just normal work use. The ports are easy to access for plugging in cords. Was easy to set up with the docking station as well. Worth the money.
