2,520mg CLA in a simple, fully disclosed softgel formula

Metabolic Nutrition MCT 3000 isn't some overloaded fat burner, and it doesn't try to be. It's a straightforward softgel setup centered on conjugated linoleic acid, with 3,000mg safflower oil per serving that delivers 2,520mg CLA. The idea is simple: get a solid daily CLA hit in an easy-to-carry softgel for anyone chasing better body comp, feeling full, and sticking to it without hassle. In a world of stim-packed mixes and weak 'lean' formulas, this goes the other way: one main ingredient, fully listed, no hidden blends, no caffeine, no extras.

The star here is conjugated linoleic acid at 2,520mg per serving. CLA is a bunch of linoleic acid forms, mostly checked out for body comp help. Studies look at 3 to 6 grams a day, showing it can help trim fat a bit over time with steady diet and workouts. It works by tweaking how your body handles energy and fat, hitting things like receptors that control fat storage and burning. In real life, CLA won't hype you up like a stim — no big immediate feel. What you'll notice is how it slots into your calorie-controlled days: easier to stick with, maybe less munchies for some, and it's working quietly on body comp without messing with your nerves.

The safflower oil is key as the base that carries the CLA. At 3,000mg total with 2,520mg CLA, that's a hefty active chunk, not just some random oil. Being upfront about it counts. Lots of body comp supps hide behind vague labels

Metabolic MCT 3000 by Metabolic Nutrition contains 3000mg Medium Chain Triglycerides Oil, a effective dose for health and performance.

Key Highlights

  • 2,520mg Conjugated Linoleic Acid per serving — this is the main deal, coming from 3,000mg safflower oil. CLA is a go-to non-stim for body comp, and it's been looked at for helping with fat loss when you pair it with diet and training.
  • Three-softgel serving — super easy to take every day without the mess of oil bottles. That's huge because stuff like CLA only pays off if you use it regularly over weeks, not just when you're pumped up.
  • Stim-free body comp help — no caffeine, no yohimbine, nothing to rev your system. You can stack it anytime, and it's great if you want to lean out without jitters or messing up your sleep.
  • Fully disclosed label — you see exactly what's in it: 3,000mg safflower oil and 2,520mg CLA. In a sea of shady fat-loss blends, this honesty stands out big time.
  • Softgel makes it portable — no spoons to measure, no leaks, no travel headaches. If sticking to your supps matters, this is way better than something you forget at home.
  • Moderate, practical CLA dosing — 2.52g is right in a sweet spot for everyday body comp support, even if it's not the max from some studies. It's easy to keep up long-term and fits with meals.
  • Designed for stack flexibility — no stims or big extras, so it plays nice with pre-workouts, creatine, protein, greens, omega-3s, and your basics. It does one job without stepping on toes.
  • No proprietary blends — everything's out in the open, no marketing tricks. You can check it against real CLA doses and know what you're getting.

Metabolic MCT 3000 by Metabolic Nutrition contains 3000mg Medium Chain Triglycerides Oil, a effective dose for health and performance.

Who Is This For?

  • Dieters cutting calories who want non-stim body comp help daily without sleep issues. The 2,520mg CLA gives a solid fatty acid add that fits meals and backs long-term leaning, not quick energy spikes.
  • Busy folks fasting or eating in windows who need softgels over liquid oils. Three softgels deliver safflower oil with CLA, making it simple on workdays or trips.
  • Casual gym rats aiming lean without heavy thermogenics. Keeps it basic: no caffeine, no yohimbine, no tolerance woes, just clear CLA to layer into training and eats.
  • Cutting bodybuilders with stims sorted who want a non-stim add-on. MCT 3000 doesn't clash with pre-workouts or nerve stims, so it fits morning, midday, or meals without prep drama.
  • Caffeine-sensitive people wanting fat management. Stim-free and CLA-focused, it's gentler for those who get shaky, wired, or sleepless from regular burners.
  • Travelers needing body comp in a no-mess format. Softgels pack easy over liquids or powders when life's on the go and meals vary.

How to Use

Take 3 softgels daily, preferably with a meal. Since it's CLA in oil, food often makes it more comfy and easier to habit. If oils bug your gut, start with 1 softgel with a meal for a few days, then ramp to full 3. No need for pre-workout unless that's your meal slot. Stim-free means morning, afternoon, or night won't mess sleep for most. Stacks well with protein, creatine monohydrate, fish oil, and stim or non-stim fat stuff — just think it through if mixing body comp things. No cycling needed since CLA doesn't build stim tolerance. Keep the bottle cool and dry, softgels sealed from heat to keep the oil fresh.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: swallow 3 softgels, best with food, and nothing exciting happens — that's the plan. No stim kick, no tingles, no rush. Minutes 10-60: still no big feel; it's not for that workout window vibe. Days 1-7: you mostly notice how simple it is to keep up with body comp help in seconds. Weeks 2-4: it's about steady 2,520mg CLA in your diet and gym flow. Long-term, this quiet supp shines with regular use, not instant wow.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the active ingredients in Metabolic Nutrition MCT 3000?

The verified label for this version provides 3,000mg safflower oil per serving, yielding 2,520mg conjugated linoleic acid (CLA). It is a simple, single-purpose softgel formula rather than a multi-ingredient fat burner.

How much CLA do I get per serving?

Each full serving of 3 softgels delivers 2,520mg of conjugated linoleic acid. That is the primary active responsible for the product’s body-composition positioning.

Is Metabolic Nutrition MCT 3000 actually an MCT product?

The verified formula provided here is built around safflower oil and CLA, not a traditional medium-chain triglyceride panel. Always judge the product by the Supplement Facts on the exact bottle you are buying, and this listing reflects the formula verified for this product page.

Will I feel this product working right away?

No acute sensation should be expected. CLA is not a stimulant, so you should not feel a buzz, rush, or crash; its value comes from consistent use over time alongside diet and training.

When should I take Metabolic Nutrition MCT 3000?

Take 3 softgels daily with a meal. Because this is an oil-based formula, meal-based use generally improves comfort and is easier to stick with long term.

Can I stack this with a pre-workout or caffeine?

Yes. This formula is stimulant-free, so it stacks easily with caffeinated pre-workouts, coffee, or non-stim performance products without overlapping the same acute pathways.

Is 2,520mg CLA a clinical dose?

It is a meaningful and useful dose, though it sits somewhat below the upper end of commonly studied daily CLA intakes, which are often around 3 to 6 grams. In practical softgel use, this makes it a moderate daily dose with good compliance potential.

Does this product need to be cycled?

No. CLA does not create stimulant tolerance, so there is no standard need to cycle it the way you would with high-caffeine or thermogenic products.

Is this product vegetarian or vegan?

No. The softgel uses gelatin, so it is not suitable for vegans and may not fit vegetarian preferences depending on the user’s standards.

Who is this product best for?

It is best for adults who want simple, non-stimulant support for a fat-loss or recomposition phase. It especially fits users who value portability, label transparency, and easy stacking with the rest of their supplement routine.

Baby bumps and bodyguards
Format: Kindle
Dark, emotional, and unexpectedly tender, Not Ready is an omegaverse romance that delivers found family feels, fierce protectiveness, and a very pregnant heroine who refuses to break. Vale’s on the run from a stalker, but lands in the arms of three private security alphas, cue the swoony tension, fake marriage twist, and slow-burn heat. It’s a little gritty, a little soft, and a whole lot addictive. If you love protective alphas, high stakes, and heroines with quiet strength, this one’s a must-read.

Strong Omegaverse Comfort and a Attention Grabbing Plot
Format: Kindle
Jillian West never misses when it comes to Omegaverse, and Not Ready is no exception. This story was the perfect blend of cozy comfort and emotional depth while still delivering a strong plot. Vale is such a powerful heroine, she is strong, capable, and determined but I love that she still allows her pack to love and take care of her. It’s that balance of independence and vulnerability that makes her so relatable. The relationship dynamics were amazing: Bishop is steadfast and completely head over heels, Mercy is skeptical but protective in his own way, and Holt is the hesitant one whose slow fall is so satisfying to watch unfold. The romance hits that sweet spot between insta-love and cautious build, keeping me hooked the entire way through. And that ending. Oh my god, the cliffhanger! I need the next book in this duet immediately.

Interesting
Format: Kindle
So I will say I enjoyed the story, for sure had its moments where it dragged but it was a great story. I really liked that omegas picked their alphas/make the pack. Normally the Alphas make it and the omega fits in with them which is great but I enjoyed this new version where all the power basically went to the omega. It was a nice change of pace. I can admit some of the weird bedroom stuff with her being pregnant was odd, it’s really not hard to do stuff when pregnant (I know I’ve had two and it’s normal and even encouraged at the end especially if you want the baby out). But I like the story as a whole and will read the second, I do hope the next one isn’t dragged bc it stopped being action or tense after she met her alphas and I don’t think it was brought up or properly done when they tried to do it. More sweet after she left.

I’m a little disappointed.
Format: Kindle
I usually like Jillian West’s books but this one was missing a lot for me. The pregnancy didn’t come across as real. She’s on her feet for 12 hour days but is perfectly healthy at 8 months pregnant? Yet the week she moves in all of a sudden she’s not? She is planning on actually running during one of the plot buildups. But at 8 months pregnant that’s incredibly hard to do. The lack of breathing ability and lung space, the change in body center, mass, and gravity. All of it prohibits running, unless you’re an athlete this didn’t come off as at all realistic. I didn’t feel any connection with the alphas. There wasn’t any emotional connection. It could be because of the tense it was written in. But I didn’t get any deep feelings out of this. It came across as checking off boxes. Even the spicy scenes weren’t really believable for me. I wanted to see them fall for her, and it just kind of all fizzled. Even Bishop. One thing I did really like was the ending. I did not see it coming and I’m interested in reading book two because of it. But on the whole this book was mostly disappointing for me.

4.25 stars
Format: Kindle
Vale is an 8 month pregnant omega working as a waitress at a strip club and a cam girl. She starts to get very creepy vibes from a regular at the club, and her baby daddy ghosted her. She has had an online relationship with a man named Bishop through her cam girl status. One night, bishop was paying to watch her sleep and ansthe creepy regular Andrew break in and watch her sleep he tells vale to come to him at his business now. She flees and finds herself at a large security company with some.hot of alphas who are there to help her. This imegaverse is a little different than I have read, but I am thoroughly enjoying it. Vale is not a traditional omega she was raised by a single beta mom, and the alphas are not normal alphas they have never really loved pack life. But they are ruthless mercenaries. They need her, and she needs them. I love the aspect of the stalker and now the plot twists at the end, so so good. Sometimes, it seemed a little slow and stale mated, but since this a duet, I think It was just her starting to have Vale get to know her alpha suitors. Cliffhanger for sure with this one.
