The SAMexhaust Hot Side Intercooler Pipe & Boot Kit is a direct-fit upgrade for 2008–2010 Ford F250/F350/F450/F550 models with 6.4L Powerstroke engines, replacing restrictive factory plastic piping. Engineered for high-boost, high-heat conditions, it features mandrel-bent aluminum pipes with a polished finish and triple-reinforced silicone boots, significantly enhancing durability and reliability. Unlike the factory one-piece design, SAMexhaust’s two-piece configuration simplifies installation/removal while eliminating airflow-restrictive bends, improving power, lowering exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs), and optimizing engine response. The kit includes Constant-Tension T-Bolt Clamps for leak-proof sealing and integrates seamlessly with SAMexhaust’s Performance Intercooler and Cold-Side Pipe Kit. The cold side intercooler pipe:
Cold-side pipe is constructed of mandrel bent aluminum with a polished finish.
Cold-side pipe eliminates restrictive bends in the factory pipe, allowing for improvements in airflow, power.
