The Giada H611 High-End Medical Computer is engineered to meet the demanding requirements of today’s healthcare environments. Compliant with IEC 60601-1 and EN 60601-1 medical safety standards, this ultra-thin PC is the perfect fit for hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions seeking high-performance, secure computing in critical applications. Powered by Intel’s 11th Gen Tiger Lake UP3 processors, specifically the Core i5-11300H, the H611 delivers exceptional speed and responsiveness, supported by a robust 35W thermal design power (TDP) that balances efficiency and power for continuous medical workloads.

Integrated with Intel® Iris® Xe graphics, the H611 offers a 50% improvement over the previous generation, enabling smooth 4K and even 8K visual output for diagnostic imaging and multi-monitor setups. Display support includes one DisplayPort 1.4 for up to 8K @60Hz and dual HDMI 2.0 outputs for simultaneous 4K @60Hz playback. Whether managing medical imaging software or patient data, the H611 provides the clarity and capability required in professional medical environments.

The unit supports 32GB DDR4 3200MHz memory across dual SO-DIMM slots and integrates a PCIe M.2 SSD slot for high-speed storage, ensuring fast boot times and quick data access. For next-generation connectivity, the H611 includes support for 5G via a Quectel RM50XQ module, enabling ultra-fast mobile broadband ideal for telehealth and remote patient monitoring systems. Additionally, Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth® support ensures seamless wireless integration in modern hospital networks.

The H611 is fortified with Infineon TPM 2.0, delivering hardware-based encryption and secure boot functionality to protect sensitive patient data and medical records. The rugged metal chassis in medical-grade white is compact (just 18.96 x 14.83 x 2.6 cm), making it ideal for space-limited installations on medical carts or in wall-mounted solutions.

The system features comprehensive I/O ports, including USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C, USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A, legacy RS232 serial support, audio jacks, and robust antenna support for wireless modules. This comic is just... wow. There just isn't anything bad about it except that the rest of the series is hard to find on Amazon. For now at least...

Solid "Star Wars"-ing.
Format: Paperback
“Star Wars: The Battle of Jakku” is a three-part, 12-issue comic series, comprised of a trio of individual miniseries that form one collective trilogy-of-sorts, and details the war between New Republic/Imperial forces in the weeks and months following the events of “Return of the Jedi.” Writer Alex Segura – who previously penned the underrated "Free Fall" – does a good job of telling a single, satisfying story that ALSO tees up his upcoming relaunch of the mainline “Star Wars” series in May. What also makes “The Battle of Jakku” a pleasure to read – particularly if you’re a diehard “Star Wars” fan - are the various Easter eggs and cross-franchise connections it makes to other entries in the series, including “Battlefront II,” Greg Rucka’s "Shattered Empire," and even Chuck Wendig's “Aftermath” trilogy. Watching this specific era of the “Star Wars” timeline be filled out and expanded within the larger media has been one of the more satisfying and consistently enjoyable aspects of the “Star Wars” property these last 10 years, and Segura – as is his want – does yeoman’s work in effectively putting a final bow on it. All in all, pretty darn good “Star Wars”-ing.
