Helps maintain healthy uric acid levels; back stiffness; muscle discomfort (especially effective with Skullcap); liver & gallbladder functions; traditional blood purifier.
Suggested directions:
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over ½ to 1 teaspoonful of herb. Allow to steep 4-7 minutes, then strain. Drink 1- 2 cups of tea daily. If desired, add honey and/or lemon to taste. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE BY PERSONS WITH GASTRIC OR DUODENAL ULCERS.
