Blackstone Labs | BSL BCAA Resurgence | 30 Servings2. 5g leucine, full 2: 1: 1 BCAA support, zero proprietary blends. Blackstone Labs BCAA Resurgence keeps it simple with a clear amino setup using the classic 2: 1: 1 branched chain amino acid ratio: 2. 5g leucine, 1. 25g isoleucine, and 1. 25g valine per scoop. That's what it's all about. This isn't pretending to be a sneaky pre workout, hydration drink, or everything but the kitchen sink recovery mix. It's straight BCAA support for the aminos that

2.5g leucine, full 2:1:1 BCAA support, zero proprietary blends.

Blackstone Labs BCAA Resurgence keeps it simple with a clear amino setup using the classic 2:1:1 branched-chain amino acid ratio: 2.5g leucine, 1.25g isoleucine, and 1.25g valine per scoop. That's what it's all about. This isn't pretending to be a sneaky pre-workout, hydration drink, or everything-but-the-kitchen-sink recovery mix. It's straight BCAA support for the aminos that help with muscle signals, handling breakdown from exercise, and backing you up when you can't grab a full protein meal right away.

Leucine leads the pack at 2.5g per serving, and that's the big deal on the label. Leucine is the BCAA that best flips the switch for muscle protein synthesis via mTORC1 – basically, it tells your body to start building muscle. In real life, that means hitting around 2-3g of leucine to get that signal going strong, especially near workouts or when you're not eating much protein. With 2.5g here, you're right in that sweet spot to boost the build mode during sessions, fasted runs, or big gaps between meals.

Isoleucine at 1.25g isn't just filling space. It teams up with leucine for the full BCAA vibe, and studies show it helps with muscle energy use and how your body grabs glucose. That's handy during workouts, where it affects your energy flow and bounce-back after. Alone, it's not the hero, but with leucine, it creates a better setup for building muscle and fighting breakdown than just leucine by itself.

Valine is also present at 1.25g, rounding out the full BCAA triad. Valine’s evidence base is moderate, but it remains relevant for maintaining nit

Key Highlights

  • 2,500mg L-Leucine per serving – this is the heart of it and why it counts. Leucine kicks off mTORC1, that pathway that gets muscle building going around your workouts.
  • Classic 2:1:1 BCAA ratio – 2.5g leucine, 1.25g isoleucine, and 1.25g valine sticks to the tried-and-true mix. It keeps leucine high to push that build signal while the others back it up.
  • 5,000mg total BCAAs per serving – that's a real dose, not just for show. It's solid for sipping during workouts, fasted training, or covering long stretches without food.
  • Leucine dose in the meaningful range – 2.5g hits what a lot of gym folks aim for to spark muscle protein synthesis. That's smart design, not just hype.
  • Isoleucine supports the full anabolic picture – more than just the ratio, it helps with muscle energy and glucose grab. Makes the whole mix better for training than leucine solo.
  • Valine rounds out the complete BCAA triad – valine aids nitrogen balance and might ease fatigue during sets. That's why pros still go for full BCAAs over just leucine sometimes.
  • Fully disclosed active panel – no prop blend hides the real amounts. You see every gram, so you can compare it straight up to the science and other options.
  • Stim-free by design – stacks easy with your pre, creatine, hydration, or protein since it skips caffeine. More flexible than aminos that cram in energy stuff.

Who Is This For?

  • Physique folks cutting calories who want to keep lifts strong and muscles intact. 2.5g leucine makes it count on cuts, where keeping that build signal matters as food drops.
  • Lifters going fasted early AM without a heavy meal. This 2:1:1 BCAA gives quick aminos around training, with leucine as the build kick when eats are light.
  • Bodybuilders doing long, high-rep workouts who sip aminos instead of water. Leucine, isoleucine, valine back you up as breakdown and tiredness build.
  • Athletes with meals spaced out from work, drives, or shifts. Clear BCAAs like this cover gaps better than nothing, especially to your next protein hit.
  • Guys with a fave stim pre who want simple aminos without extra caffeine, focus, or pumps. This stacks clean by sticking to BCAAs with real grams shown.
  • Everyday lifters who get that leucine's the build king and want it at threshold, not sprinkled. 2.5g matches how it's used in real gym nutrition.

How to Use

Mix 1 scoop in cold water and take it before or during training for BCAA backup. If fasted, sip 10-15 mins pre or as you start warming up – leucine shines when no protein's around. For longer workouts, drink it slow over time. Try 1 scoop first to check flavor and fit; label says up to 2 for big guys, epic sessions, or huge meal gaps. Shake it well for mixing, add extra water for milder taste. Stacks fine with creatine, electrolytes, pre since it's pure BCAAs. No need to cycle, but use it regular for fasted lifts, intra sipping, and bridging protein waits. Store sealed cool and dry to keep it fresh and easy to scoop.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: you're just sipping aminos, no stim buzz. It's hydration plus easy BCAAs for your session start. Minutes 10-40: it's working quietly, feeding leucine, isoleucine, and valine as breakdown and needs ramp up. Minutes 40-90: keeps supporting nutrition-wise, not with big feels – that's how BCAAs roll. Days 1-7: real payoff is steady use for fasted days, long lifts, or meal skips. Weeks 2-4: not a huge instant thing, but you feel better recovery flow and solid amino cover through weekly grind. It's support gear, and that's how it feels.

Key Ingredients

  • L-Leucine — Triggers the primary muscle-building signal around training
  • L-Isoleucine — Supports glucose handling and completes the BCAA profile
  • L-Valine — Rounds out the full BCAA triad for training support

Frequently Asked Questions

How much leucine is in Blackstone Labs BCAA Resurgence?

Each serving provides 2.5g of leucine. That is the most important number on the label because leucine is the BCAA most directly responsible for activating mTORC1, the signaling pathway tied to muscle protein synthesis.

What is the BCAA ratio in this formula?

It uses the classic 2:1:1 ratio: 2.5g leucine, 1.25g isoleucine, and 1.25g valine. This keeps leucine high enough to lead the anabolic signal while preserving the complementary roles of the full BCAA triad.

How many total BCAAs do I get per serving?

You get 5g total BCAAs per serving. That is a solid practical amount for intra-workout use, fasted training support, or bridging a long gap between full protein meals.

Is BCAA Resurgence a stim-free product?

Based on the verified active formula provided here, yes—it is stim-free. The disclosed actives are leucine, isoleucine, and valine only, which makes it easy to stack with a separate pre-workout if desired.

When is the best time to take this product?

The best use cases are before or during training, especially when you train fasted or several hours after your last meal. This timing makes the leucine content most relevant because it supports the muscle protein synthesis signal around the workout window.

Can BCAA Resurgence replace my protein powder?

No. BCAAs support muscle protein synthesis signaling, but they do not provide the full spectrum of essential amino acids needed to fully build muscle tissue. Use it alongside adequate daily protein, not instead of it.

Can I stack this with creatine?

Yes, and that is one of the smartest ways to use it. BCAA Resurgence supports peri-workout amino availability, while creatine supports phosphocreatine recycling and repeated high-intensity output.

Is this better for bulking or cutting?

It can fit both, but it is especially useful during cutting phases, fasted training, and long meal gaps. In those situations, the 2.5g leucine dose becomes more valuable because preserving muscle becomes harder as calories or meal frequency drop.

Does this product contain EAAs or only BCAAs?

The verified formula here contains only the three BCAAs: leucine, isoleucine, and valine. That makes it a focused amino product, but it also means it should not be confused with a full essential amino acid formula.

Do I need to cycle Blackstone Labs BCAA Resurgence?

No cycling is required. This is not a stimulant-based formula, and its usefulness comes from consistent application around training and meal gaps rather than from tolerance-sensitive ingredients.

Great quality. Easy to clean. Nice appearance.
Color: Red, Size: 4.3-Quart
Solid, heavy pot for cooking and baking. I bought it mainly for making soups, stews and breads. I have only tried soups thus far. The pot cleaned up very easily. The bottom of the pot heated uniformly. Nothing was stuck to the pot when I was simmering on the glass top stove. I have not had the chance to bake yet, but seeing how evenly it held heat while cooking, I am thinking this will be perfect. I bought the red color. It gives a nice pop of color in my kitchen. This pot will probably last me a long time. I would buy one if I needed a replacement, or a gift for someone.

Great quality for price after 3 years of use
Color: Matte Navy, Size: 6-Quart, Color: Matte Navy, Size: 6-Quart
I’m 3.5 years in and use it weekly. So far it’s been a great product especially for the price. We are really into soups, roast, and I bake bread a lot. This thing is amazing and a great quality. It’s easy to clean, does great in the oven, and stands up great to constant use. I only have a small amount of staining at the bottom, and a couple scratches from metal utensils. The lid is solid and the handle is really secure still, which is a problem I’ve had with other brands I’ve tried.

Quality product
Color: Navy, Size: 6-Quart
I absolutely LOVE my Dutch oven! The reduced cooking time for certain cuts of meat for stews, pot roast, etc., is a definite game changer!! The meat comes out so juicy and tender. I made curry and did the "burning" of the curry and was hesitant because I didn't want the pot to be stained. There were no stains left at all. I've used it numerous times since purchasing and it still looks new. It's very durable and the color is beautiful. If you're looking for a functional, quality, and durable Dutch oven without breaking the bank, this is it! I highly recommend.

Nothing Exceptional but Gets the Job Done
Color: Blue, Size: 4.3-Quart, Color: Blue, Size: 4.3-Quart
I’ve owned this 4.5 Qt. Amazon Enameled Cast Iron Dutch Oven for almost two months and have used it three times to date. Upon arrival and at first glance, the gradient blue color is beautiful and super glossy; most importantly, the pot is heavy for its size - as it should be. It looks exactly like the product pictures, with a globular shape than square shape as others. Unfortunately, I also noticed that there was one pin hole and two tiny uneven protrusions on the enamel inside the pot. I own three other enameled cast iron cookware from two other brands (photos attached for size comparison) and performance wise, this cast iron by Amazon performs equally to them. The pot isn’t exceptional or special but it gets the job done. Other than the pin holes and protrusions, I have no complaints. This isn’t my first rodeo so when heating up the pot and while cooking, I have zero issues. I am starting the pan off at 4-Stars and will update my review as time progresses, or if I have any major issues with its durability or performance in subsequent months. For the amateur home cook, or for anyone who is new to cast iron cooking, below I’ve included tips that you may find useful while using this or any other enameled cast iron cookware. ================================ Regarding the 3 Photos and 1 video I've Attached: (Note: all photos were taken with an iPhone under kitchen lights during the evening. Photos have not been edited nor enhanced.) Photo 1: Size comparison of this Amazon Enameled Cast Iron Dutch Oven compared to three other enameled cast iron cookware that I own from two other brands. From left to right: 7 qt. Tramontina, 4.5 qt. Amazon, 3 qt. Lodge 4 qt. Tramontina. Photos 2 and 3: fresh produce shown next to 4.5qt Amazon Dutch Oven for color and size contrast. Video: 4.5 qt. Amazon Enameled Cast Iron Dutch Oven on gas stove over medium heat, with food cooking. ================================ TIPS THAT YOU MAY FIND USEFUL While Using your cast iron dutch oven: (Note: I included these similar tips in my review of a different enameled cast iron pot from a different brand. My tips can apply to all enameled cast iron cookware) 1. If you find that you have issues with food sticking, it could be that you are not heating up your cast iron pot properly to prevent undue hot spots. I heat my pot up gradually starting at low, then medium, then high heat. After my pot is very hot is when I add my fat/cooking oil. As the oil is heating up in the pot, I lift it and swirl the oil around to coat all sides of the pot that will come in contact with food. 2. Take into consideration the temperature of the items you are adding to your heated pot. As a general rule for cooking: when ever possible, ensure that the items you are adding to a hot pot are at room temperature, rather than ice cold from the fridge; this will assist with even cooking. 3. Also, get comfortable with adjusting your heat by lowering and raising it based on what you’ve added to the pot. In general, you will need more heat at the beginning of the cooking process, and less heat towards the end. If you cook by recipe, I highly recommend that you read all the steps ahead before starting, so that you become familiarized with all the procedures, allowing you to maneuver accordingly when you start cooking. 4. At the exception of searing meat to achieve a brown crust, deep frying, or when caramelizing onions, you should be stirring your pot (I recommend using a wooden spoon) every few minutes when cooking in cast iron that is placed over high heat. If you are braising on the stove at low heat versus braising in the oven, the frequency of your stirring will need to be adjusted. No matter how you’re cooking though, a watchful eye on the pot plus stirring, should both be a habit not an afterthought. 5. For all cooking vessels in general but especially for cast iron: after cooking, allow your pot to cool down completely before cleaning. NEVER immerse a hot cast iron pot into cold water, nor pour cold dish water into hot pot. You risk not only being scald by dangerous steam, but you also risk weakening the enamel, therefore lessening the durability of your pots over time. 6. This cookware and others like it from Tramontina and Lodge are economical and if used correctly, will perform well for most cooking; if used correctly, they should also last for years. Nonetheless, if you can afford it, authentic enameled cast iron cookware made in France by Le Creuset is the best way to go. Le Creuset is the gold standard in cast iron cookware and their quality is second to none. I definitely recommend this Amazon dutch oven but if you can afford to splurge, Le Creuset's reputation is stellar. As a professional chef, I've used them in high end kitchens and their quality and performance is premier.
