Foundation is a 'no holds barred' Arabica blend echoing the dark, sweet roasts of Southern Italy and Sicily. We hand-roast our coffee in small batches to develop delicious flavor and aroma for each individual coffee. All our coffee is sourced according to our Union Direct Trade principles. More than just paying a fair price, Union Direct Trade means we work in partnership with farmers to improve the quality of both coffee and livelihoods long-term.
