Paraxanthine-powered thermogenic focus with all doses right on the label for real fat-burning help.

Muscle Tech Burn IQ is a thermogenic fat burner with some brain-boosting perks, using a smarter stim approach than most in the game. Instead of dumping in tons of regular caffeine, it packs enfinity® paraxanthine at 100mg per capsule as the main energy driver, then adds chlorogenic-acid-packed decaffeinated green coffee bean extract, N-acetyl L-carnitine hydrochloride, coleus forskohlii extract, aXivite® phenylcapsaicin, grains of paradise, and huperzine A. You get better alertness, more metabolic fire, and sharper focus during workouts without a huge caffeine hit. Everything's fully listed—no hidden prop blends—which is a big win in a category full of sketchy labels.

The energy and focus come mainly from enfinity® paraxanthine. It's what your body makes from caffeine, and it blocks adenosine receptors to amp up wakefulness, vigilance, and that feeling of energy. Compared to straight caffeine stacks, paraxanthine often feels smoother with less ups and downs based on how you process caffeine. At 100mg per cap, it's a solid moderate dose for everyday use, especially since you can adjust how many you take. Huperzine A at 10mcg helps by slowing acetylcholine breakdown—that's a brain chemical for focus and staying on task—while N-acetyl L-carnitine at 200mg aids mental energy and supplies acetyl groups in the brain. The dose is lower than the 500-2,000mg you see in pure brain studies, but it fits in this multi-ingredient cap where you can take more if needed.

For the fat-burning side, decaffeinated green coffee bean extract gives 200mg standardized to 45% chlorogenic acids, so about 90mg of those acids per capsule. Chlorogenic acids are studied for effec

MT Burn IQ by Muscle Tech contains 0.3mg Thiamin, a effective dose for training performance and pump.

Key Highlights

  • 100mg enfinity® paraxanthine per capsule sets Burn IQ apart with a unique stim vibe. It's the main active from caffeine, hitting adenosine receptors to boost alertness and energy, and it often feels cleaner than those caffeine-loaded burners.
  • 200mg decaffeinated green coffee bean extract with 45% chlorogenic acids means about 90mg of those acids without extra caffeine. That's key because chlorogenic acids help with metabolism and blood sugar, and keeping it decaf controls the stim level better.
  • 200mg N-acetyl L-carnitine hydrochloride pulls double duty for brain and body. Carnitine helps move fatty acids into mitochondria for energy, and this acetyl version is great for mental energy and focus.
  • 20mg aXivite® brings microencapsulated phenylcapsaicin for next-level heat. It's a patented capsaicinoid that fires up TRPV1 for thermogenesis, easier on the gut than straight pepper heat.
  • 10mg grains of paradise extract adds another way to crank up the heat. It helps activate brown fat and boosts resting calorie burn, pairing nicely with aXivite® without overlapping too much.
  • 50mg coleus forskohlii extract with 10% forskolin gives 5mg forskolin per cap. Forskolin ramps up cAMP, a key signal for breaking down fat, so it's more than just a stim—it's real fat-loss support.
  • 10mcg huperzine A nails the 'IQ' part with true nootropic action. It slows acetylcholine breakdown to help with concentration and staying locked in, especially with paraxanthine's energy lift.
  • Low-dose B vitamins back up the energy system that turns food into fuel. Thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6, and B12 aren't the stars, but they round out the metabolic base nicely.

Who Is This For?

  • Folks in a cutting phase who want to keep workouts strong even on low calories. The paraxanthine, ALCAR, and huperzine A combo helps hold onto focus and drive when dieting wears you down.
  • Busy workers hitting the gym early or at lunch who need a portable thermogenic without scooping powders. Burn IQ delivers easy energy and fat support via enfinity®, chlorogenic acids, and aXivite® minus hidden caffeine.
  • Cardio lovers doing fasted walks, treadmill inclines, or steady conditioning while dropping fat. The heat mix of phenylcapsaicin, grains of paradise, green coffee extract, and forskolin fits that vibe perfectly.
  • Guys and gals chasing physique who prefer steady energy and clear focus over a buzzy pre hit. Paraxanthine suits those avoiding the edgy crash from high-caffeine burners.
  • People mindful of caffeine who want stim control. With paraxanthine and decaf green coffee, it's easier to mix with coffee or pres than thermogenics packed with sneaky caffeine.
  • Users who need mental edge during cuts, not just sweat. Huperzine A and N-acetyl L-carnitine add real focus beyond pure stim and heat.

How to Use

Kick off with 1 capsule 20-30 minutes before training, cardio, or your busiest brain time. That lines up great with the stims and heat ingredients, letting paraxanthine build energy while warmth starts. If stims hit you hard, take it early and skip big coffees till you test it. Wash it down with water—no shaker needed. Lots of people handle it fine empty for fasted cardio, but if heat or stims bug your stomach, pair with a small meal. Stack with creatine, protein, and water, but ease up on high-stim pres unless you plan total intake. No need for strict cycling like hormones, but mix in low-stim days to keep tolerance in check. Keep it cool and dry with the lid on to maintain the caps and herbs.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: easy to swallow, no mixing mess or heavy gut feel like some powders. Minutes 10-25: alertness from paraxanthine ramps up gradually, with a light warmth as thermogenics start. Minutes 25-60: peak time where focus sharpens, cardio feels doable, and training gets more dialed in without overkill stims. Minutes 60-120: stays steady and useful, better than quick-peak burners that crash. Days 1-7: figure out your timing and tolerance; you'll notice better focus, energy, and gym consistency right away. Weeks 2-4: in a cut, the ongoing thermogenic help, clean energy, and fewer off days really show up.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Muscle Tech Burn IQ?

The label provided does not disclose a caffeine amount. The formula uses 100mg enfinity® paraxanthine per capsule rather than listed caffeine anhydrous, and the green coffee bean extract is decaffeinated, so stimulant impact comes primarily from paraxanthine.

What does enfinity® paraxanthine do in Burn IQ?

Paraxanthine is the main active metabolite of caffeine and works as an adenosine receptor antagonist to increase alertness, energy, and focus. In Burn IQ, it gives the formula a cleaner stimulant identity than the standard caffeine-heavy fat burner approach.

Is Burn IQ more of a fat burner or a pre-workout?

It is primarily a fat burner with nootropic and training-support crossover. The thermogenic stack is the core of the formula, but paraxanthine, ALCAR, and huperzine A make it useful before cardio or workouts when you want focus and energy too.

Can I take Burn IQ before fasted cardio?

Yes, that is one of the best use cases for this formula. The capsule format, paraxanthine-driven energy, and thermogenic ingredients make it well-suited to pre-cardio use, though sensitive users may prefer taking it with a small amount of food.

Does the green coffee bean extract in Burn IQ add extra caffeine?

No, the formula specifies decaffeinated green coffee bean extract standardized to 45% chlorogenic acids. That means it is included for chlorogenic-acid-related metabolic support rather than as a hidden stimulant source.

Is the coleus forskohlii dose in Burn IQ clinically dosed?

Per capsule, it provides 50mg of a 10% extract, which yields 5mg forskolin. That is below the classic standalone forskolin study range, so it should be viewed as supportive within the full formula rather than a full standalone clinical dose by itself.

What will I actually feel from Burn IQ?

Most users notice increased alertness, improved task focus, and a mild thermogenic warmth rather than an overwhelming stimulant rush. It is designed to feel functional and clean, not extreme.

Can I stack Burn IQ with a pre-workout?

Yes, but you need to manage total stimulant intake carefully because enfinity® paraxanthine is still a meaningful stimulant. It stacks best with lower-stim or stim-free pre-workouts, especially if you already use coffee.

Does Burn IQ use proprietary blends?

No. The formula is fully disclosed, so every active ingredient and dose is listed on the panel.

How long should I use Burn IQ before judging results?

You will likely feel the focus and energy effects on day one. For body-composition support, assess it over 2-4 weeks alongside a calorie-controlled diet and consistent training, since no fat burner replaces energy balance.

Great thowback to the OG Ironman, but Amazon's listing gets it undue negativity.
Color: Black/Yellow
Amazon's listing is not very good with it's wording so this watch has gotten undue negative reviews. I've seen this model listed as both the Endure 30 and the Original 30 Shock, it has 1 alarm with 3 different modes (not 3 separate alarms), 200m WR, ISO shock resistance, (reverse) Indiglo with night mode, 2 time zones, 12/24hr time, 30 lap stopwatch, 24hr countdown timer (repeatable), and day/date (MM.DD or DD.MM). Its basically a slightly updated feature set compared to an Ironman 8-lap. This watch is great, it's got the look of the original Ironman 8-lap with modern guts. The only minus for me is it could be a little slimmer on the wrist, but I also didn't realize it was shock resistant when I bought it. For comparison, it is a few mm smaller in all dimensions than a G-Shock G2300/G2310/GW2310 series. The band is similar to G-Shocks in that it is formed/molded around the wrist but like the case it's still slimmer in the way it wears around the wrist. Not as slim as an F91W but not as massive as any G-Shock basically. The module has a better display with bigger numbers than the above mentioned Casios. With the exception of the lap memory, the G23## G-Shocks have more features, but the Endure 30 is much easier to use thanks to the display and larger buttons. If you want 3 alarms you need the very similar Classic 30. The main differences being the Classic has 3 separate alarms (not 1), occasion reminders and 3 time zones but losses the Ironman 8-lap look, the shock resistance and it's only 100m WR. The Classic seems to come in at least two case varieties (chunky or slim), two sizes and many color combinations. If you only need the Endure 30's features but want a different shape/size/style/slimmness, I believe the Essential 10/30 and BASIC Transit models are functionally the same with only different lap memories, WR, and no shock resistance. Unfortunately, Timex doesn't easily identify the actual module used in a watch like Casio, so the best way to figure out what features a watch has is to lookup the watch model on the Timex website. Of course the manuals do not always match the marketing names they have used over the years (Endure/Classic/Essential/etc), and each manual covers a few shapes/sizes of watch but just search for the model number in the manuals sections and you'll eventually find the right one. If no manual pops up right away delete digits from the right end of the model number until a manual is found, I believe those last digits only indicate slight variances in style/color that are not important to functionality.

Good interface but unwearable watch band
Color: Black
This review will be divided into 3 sections: looks, usability, and comfort. LOOKS I guess there's not much to say as style is very individual. I think this watch looks good for what you pay for it. USABILITY What I liked about this watch is that I could use it right out of the box. I have had basic Timex digital watches before (never this exact interface), and I was able to quickly figure it out. A quick glance at the manual to make sure I wasn't unaware of any features and I had 100% grasp of all the watch's features. The Timex interface puts many others to shame with its user-friendliness. On this model Timex has added a 'guide' on the display that tells you which button will do what-- increase number, decrease number, etc. This is cool. If you're even remotely handy with interfaces, once you learn this one, you'll know it backwards and forwards, and even if you forget, there's the in-display guide. The functions are standard for a Timex digital-- time and date, stopwatch with lap timing, countdown timer, and alarm. There is a 2nd time zone but no dedicated mode for it. You access it by holding the 'start' button when in the time mode. I like this feature as I occasionally need to know when to call people in 1 particular time zone. But, for example, if you are often switching back and forth between 2 time zones, you will have to reset the time to have the watch display the correct time at all times. And if you need more than 2 time zones, sorry, out of luck. Stopwatch (chrono) is good. Don't use the lap counter much but it seems to work well. Some have complained that the 'start' and 'stop' should be on the same button. Overall, it is a very uncluttered and usable interface. At first I thought it was very inaccurate at timekeeping, but it must have gotten accidentally reset because over the few months since I set it, it's only a couple seconds off from time.gov. very good timekeeping. It seems very water resistant. I have taken it swimming, surfing, and it held up fine. I haven't thoroughly tested its shock resistance but it has done some hiking and climbing where it got banged around a bit and it still works. COMFORT Unfortunately what the watch has in user interface usability, it totally lacks in comfort. The strap is a huge disaster. It is very rigid and uncomfortable. The 'waffling' or indented designs near the bezel on each side of the strap create areas where the strap digs into the wrist. with any prolonged wearing, it gets worse and worse until your wrist is begging you to take it off. The strap is just absolutely godawful. I have read reviews where G Shock owners said it was very good, well though out and comfortable. If that is the case, I shudder to imagine what a G Shock is like on the wrist. If constant pinching around sensitive areas on the side of the wrist seems like it would be the kind of thing to bother you, avoid this watch. I tried swapping it for another Timex band, which amazingly enough was uncomfortable it a DIFFERENT area! It seems Timex doesn't put much thought into their bands-- no part of the band should dig into the wrist. That's just obvious. CONCLUSION I really want to like this watch, I do. It's good-looking. It's very usable in terms of features. But the strap is terrible, so much so that the watch is unwearable. Unfortunately it took me about a week to figure this out, during which time the watch got sufficient wear so that it is no longer new, returnable condition. I am keeping it, using it as a 'beater' watch in the gym (I put my watch on the ground in the gym). If you purchase it I recommend you wear it for a good few hours while not doing anything that will scratch it, so that you can return it if need be.
