Grazie a una fermentazione lenta a bassa temperatura (15-16°C), sviluppa un perlage fine e persistente, avvolto in un brillante giallo paglierino. A zuccheri pari a zero, questo spumante affina a lungo sui lieviti dopo la seconda fermentazione, offrendo un profilo raffinato ed elegante. Al naso, sprigiona delicate note floreali. Al palato, colpisce per l’armonia tra freschezza vibrante e carattere deciso. Secco e verticale, è il compagno ideale per un aperitivo di classe o per accompagnare crudi di pesce e raffinati antipasti.
