En esta emocionante historia, basada en las propias experiencias del autor e ilustrador, un niño se muda de Puerto Rico a los Estados Unidos en donde descubre que la ciudad de Nueva York tiene mucho más en común con la ciudad de San Juan que lo que el podia imaginar. Ganador del "premio de honor" Pura Belpré en las categorias de ilustración y texto La portada del libro que se muestra puede variar de lo que se recibe. La mascota de Miguel, Coquí, siempre anda con el: mientras saluda a sus vecinos en San Juan, compra quesitos en la panadería y mientras escucha la historia de su abuelo cuando conoció al famoso pelotero Roberto Clemente. Un día Miguel se entera que el y sus padres se mudarán a los Estados Unidos, lo cual significa dejar atrás a sus amados abuelos, su hogar en Puerto Rico y también a Coquí. La vida en la ciudad de Nueva York es abrumadora, con lugares, comidas y personas desconocidas. Great for walking all day at work as well

I walk approximately 10 miles a day at work, in a manufacturing setting. On concrete with steel toe shoes. My feet have been begging me to change from the socks that I have worn for years. I have worn these other name brand socks for probably 10 years. So, change was obviously something I had to be pushed into. I got on Amazon and searched for training socks. I read the description. Glanced at the reviews. I decided to move forward with purchasing these. I could not have been happier. My feet began feeling better immediately. And the priced was very reasonible.

LOVE THEM!!

LOVE! These socks are so comfortable! I wear a 5 in women's and a 3 in big kid shoes. The small fit me perfectly. I see where some say they run small but I can't say that was an issue for me. They are "snug" but thats what you want with a no show sock. I feel they have support vs the ones i used to buy at Walmart. They are very soft! I am actually buying more today and throwing my other ones in the trash!
