This drink mix tackles three nutrition components all in one for optimal hydration: liquid, electrolytes, and carbohydrates. 

Like with the gels and shots, this drink mix contains PowerBar's unique C2Max technology, a dual source carbohydrate mix that contains a scientifically developed 2:1 ratio of glucose to fructose. These carbs use two different pathways in the body to be absorbed, so you get the energy you need to keep going more quickly and efficiently. Isoactive also contains 5 different electrolytes (sodium, potassium, calcium, chloride, and magnesium), to better help you replace what you lose when you sweat.
