They absorb up to 60ml of fluid; the equivalent of 12 teaspoons or up to 5 regular tampons. Just wear, wash and wear again – up to 50 washes for peak performance.

Its almost mousse like in how light weight it is and smells fantastic. I wanted something just above light weight hold and not weigh my thick hair down and this does a great job.
