Due to high demand, ALPINA has brought back its iconic gear knob, 50 years after it was first created. This new version is an exact replica of the original, based on the model with serial number 23 10 001, first made on 23rd March 1968. Every detail has been carefully reproduced to meet the highest standards of quality.

ALPINA gear knob is crafted from a single piece of premium "Amazakoue" wood, a durable hardwood from West Africa. The wood undergoes a six-week drying process, followed by over 15 careful steps of shaping, refining, and varnishing at ALPINA’s Buchloe workshop. The ALPINA logo is then embedded, and the mounting mechanism is precisely fitted.

ALPINA shift knob is available in matte (semi-gloss) or gloss (high-gloss) finishes. It fits BMW models made after1977 with a push-on (pluggable) type gear knob.

This attention to detail ensures that drivers of classic ALPINA models can enjoy a shift knob that perfectly matches the original in quality and style, adding to the authenticity and driving experience.

Wow. I'm so impressed with this conditioner that I'd pay three times what it cost, but I'm glad it's so reasonably priced! This conditioner also brings out my waves and reduces frizz, without feeling or looking heavy... but a little goes a LONG way... this is a serious conditioner, not a watered-down drugstore product. So if you over-do it, your hair may go limp. I can't stand perfume-y smelling hair products, so I'm happy to say the aroma is natural, and while I wouldn't call it "light," it's certainly not strong. I really love the scent and would describe it as warm and comforting. I hope they never stop making this stuff. It reminds me of another conditioner I really like, by Accure, but I have to say I like the results and aroma of this one even better.
