The SmartStraps CarbonX Ratchet Tie Down is used for securing lighter loads often hauled in a pick-up truck or on a small trailer such as dirt bikes, ATVs, and lawn tractors. Stronger and more user friendly than standard ratcheting tie downs, the tie down has SmartWebâ„¢ technology which provides webbing that is stronger and more abrasion resistant than standard webbing. Features extra-long webbing on attachment end for hard-to-reach anchor points. The pre-threaded webbing also helps prevent accidentally feeding the webbing from the wrong direction. Includes protective hex caps to help keep the ratchet mechanism clean, soft tie loops to prevent scratching, and a convenient securing strap to make it easy to tie off excess webbing or to keep your straps bundled after use. The strap features precision gearing thanks to more teeth along the sprocket of the ratchet, allowing the tension to stay under control when securing loads. Included Zerust material acts as a rust-inhibitor to improve the longevity of the ratchet.

The wall works great , and I put it together by myself. I only gave it what I did because I have to move one or two of the panels on one end around a bit daily to make an opening to pass through. I find I have to check the screws that hold those legs/feet on frequently and retighten them. Beyond that everything was pretty good quality. (I ended up magnetizing an Allen wrench to one of the feet.) I also put on motion lights to the rollers so you’ll see them and don’t trip.

Return Logistics: Amazon offered a return, but the box is heavy, and disassembly/repackaging would be a major task. Final Verdict I really like this product, but I’m deducting two stars for a total lack of customer service. I’ve decided to buy tools and fix it myself rather than deal with a heavy return. I hope the seller sees this and reaches out. The lesson learned is to check every part of a product before assembly.
