Potent tribulus extract loaded with 90% steroidal saponins

APS Nutrition Tribulus 1500 keeps it simple with just one ingredient, all about getting you the good stuff. Each 2-capsule serving gives you 1,500mg of Tribulus terrestris herb 25:1 extract from the aerial parts, standardized to at least 90% total steroidal saponins. That's key because not all tribulus is the same—lots use cheap powder or weak extracts. Here, it's all about a strong extract with super high saponin levels, especially the furostanol-type ones you hear about in tribulus talks.

In the gym world, tribulus often gets pitched as a testosterone helper, but the studies aren't that straightforward. For healthy guys who lift, it hasn't reliably boosted testosterone in good research. That's the real talk. Where it shines more is in guy stuff like libido, sexual health, and feeling more alive, thanks to those steroidal saponins like protodioscin, maybe some nitric oxide boosts, and support for bedroom performance over straight hormone changes. Bottom line: this isn't like TRT, and don't expect huge muscle gains from it alone.

The dose is beefy. 1,500mg of a 25:1 extract at 90% saponins puts this at the top of tribulus options. Most others are 250-750mg or only 40-60% saponins. APS packs more punch per serving than your average tribulus pill. You won't feel a quick buzz like from stims, but over time, some guys notice steadier vibes: better libido, stronger sexual

Key Highlights

  • 1,500mg Tribulus terrestris extract per serving — that's a real deal dose for tribulus fans, not some tiny bit buried in a mix. If you're grabbing tribulus, you want enough to count, and APS puts it front and center.
  • 25:1 extract ratio — means it's concentrated, not just ground-up plant. Basically, you're getting more of the active stuff in each capsule for better results.
  • Standardized to 90% total steroidal saponins — this is the killer feature. Tons of tribulus out there skimps on this, so that high level makes it stand out big time.
  • Big on furostanol-type saponins like protodioscin — these are what give tribulus its rep for guy energy. That's why folks go for high-standard extracts over basic herb.
  • Just one ingredient, no fluff — skip the caffeine, weird stims, or stuff that overlaps with your creatine or pre. Easy to add and see if tribulus clicks for you.
  • Capsules for easy daily use — two pills get you the full hit, no mixing or bad tastes. Consistency is key here, and this makes it simple.
  • No stims at all — no caffeine or energy spikes. Take it anytime—morning, lunch, night—without messing up your sleep.
  • Aimed at everyday energy and drive, not workout pumps — set expectations right. This isn't a pre or testosterone fix; it's herbal support for vitality.

Who Is This For?

  • Guys piecing together a basic stack who want straight tribulus over a loaded booster. APS Tribulus 1500 delivers one clear herb at a strong 1,500mg, easy to test in your routine without ingredient confusion.
  • Seasoned lifters with creatine, protein, pre-workout set, adding herb support for libido and energy without stack changes. Stim-free and simple, it fits right in.
  • Cut-phase athletes whose drive dips with low calories and fat. Tribulus is a go-to non-stim helper, and 90% saponins make this more potent than basic versions.
  • Guys over 30 digging capsule ease and a no-fuss herb over powder boosters. Two pills cover it, simple for home, work, travel.
  • Folks who like herbs and want to try tribulus solo, not hidden in zinc, fenugreek, D-aspartic acid, adaptogen mixes. This spotlights tribulus so you can judge it straight.
  • Evening trainers wanting support that won't kill sleep. No stims mean APS Tribulus 1500 is timing-flexible, unlike caffeine bombs.

How to Use

Take 2 capsules with water, same time every day for routine. If you're new to tribulus or herbs bug you, try 1 capsule first to test, then go full. Empty stomach is fine, but with food if it sits better. Capsules mean no mixing, no flavors, no shaker. No need to time for workouts since there's no stim or pump action. Pairs well with creatine, protein, fish oil, magnesium, basics. Don't mix with other hormone stuff unless you know the deal. No set cycling, but run it weeks straight then see if the feel-good perks keep you going. Keep it cool, dry, lid tight. Stick to the daily max.

What to Expect

First 0-30 minutes: swallow two capsules, probably feel zip—which is normal for this non-stim herb. Next 1-6 hours: no pre-workout vibes; it's not for pumps or energy. Days 1-7: mostly about getting in the habit, not big changes in lifts. Weeks 2-4: when some guys start noticing better libido, more interest, or stronger drive. Weeks 4-8: if it works for you, it's usually a steady background boost, not a wild shift. Not for instant gym wins; great for consistent tribulus use.

Key Ingredients

  • Tribulus Terrestris herb 25:1 extract (aerial parts) — High-potency tribulus for libido and vitality support

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is in APS Tribulus 1500?

Each 2-capsule serving provides 1,500mg of Tribulus terrestris herb 25:1 extract from the aerial parts, standardized to a minimum of 90% total steroidal saponins. That makes it a concentrated, single-ingredient tribulus formula rather than a multi-herb testosterone booster.

Does APS Tribulus 1500 increase testosterone?

That is the most common expectation around tribulus, but the human research is mixed and does not consistently show meaningful testosterone increases in healthy resistance-trained men. The more realistic use case is libido, sexual wellness, and subjective vitality support rather than a dramatic hormonal transformation.

What does the 90% steroidal saponin standardization mean?

It means the tribulus extract is standardized for a very high concentration of the plant compounds most associated with tribulus activity, especially furostanol-type saponins. In category terms, 90% is a strong standardization and one of the main quality markers that separates this formula from weaker tribulus products.

How should I take APS Tribulus 1500?

A full serving is 2 capsules daily with water. Many users take it on an empty stomach or between meals, and some protocols split dosing across the day, but consistency matters more than exact timing because this is not an acute-feel supplement.

Will I feel this right away like a pre-workout?

No. APS Tribulus 1500 contains no caffeine, stimulants, or fast-acting pump ingredients, so you should not expect an immediate energy or training effect. The realistic evaluation window is 2-4 weeks of daily use.

Is APS Tribulus 1500 good for workouts?

Not in the direct sense of pre-workout energy, pump, or endurance. This product is better viewed as a background support formula for libido and vitality that can sit alongside a proper training stack rather than replacing one.

Can I stack APS Tribulus 1500 with creatine and pre-workout?

Yes, very easily. Since this formula is just tribulus extract with no caffeine, creatine, or amino acids, it fits cleanly with a pre-workout, creatine monohydrate, protein powder, and most recovery supplements.

Is this product vegetarian or vegan?

No. The capsule uses gelatin, so it is not suitable for vegan or vegetarian users.

Why is this listed as a proprietary blend if there’s only one active ingredient?

That is a fair criticism of the label style. The active is still clearly identified as tribulus extract at 1,500mg with a 90% saponin standardization, but from a transparency standpoint, a direct single-ingredient listing would be cleaner.

Who is this product best for?

It is best for adult users who specifically want a concentrated tribulus product for libido and male vitality support and who prefer a simple capsule over a multi-ingredient hormone formula. It is not the best fit for someone looking for immediate gym performance or a clinically proven testosterone booster.

Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!!
Format: Paperback, Format: Paperback
Queen of Roses (Blood of a Fae #1) by Briar Boleyn Genre General Fiction ( Adult), Romance, Sci-Fi & Fantasy, Dark Romance “More primordial than the stars. My name was on his lips as he promised unspeakable darkness to any who came between us.” Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!! I’m a big fan of “touch her, and you die” vibes, but I mean, what’s also not to love about a unique Arthurian retelling with gender twists, a treacherous royal court, a dangerous quest, magical Fae & mystical monsters, entwined with a bit of spice! Morgan, Princess of Pendrath and true heir to the throne has spent most of her life dimming her light to feel safe and to make others comfortable. She is treated as an outcast in the court and repressed by her family due to the blood of the Fae within her and forced to join the Temple of the Three as a priestess in training to one day replace Merlin. Her brother, King Arthur, who reminds me of Joffrey from Game of Thrones, later tells her that he has other plans and offers her a choice of the Temple or to marry her off for political gain, unless… that is, she can journey through the great unknown and return with a long-lost fae weapon with enchanted powers known as Excalibur. Her quest begins with a roguish crew that includes the mysterious, arrogant, and heart-tuggingly handsome Captain of the Royal Guard, Kairos Draven, whom she can’t decide if she wants to stab or indulge in pleasure with. Along the way are plenty of surprises, mystical creatures, and betrayal, all while Morgan uncovers more of the truth about herself and who she can trust. This book had intriguing storylines and lovable characters that kept me turning pages and wanting more. I can’t wait to see how it all unfolds and comes together in book 2, Court of Claws, which I just started reading!! Read if you’re into- Dark Fantasy/Romance Slow–Burn Question Everything Magic and Action Fae Arthurian Legend Stabby/Broken FFC Morally Gray MMC Forced Proximity Queen of Roses is perfect for Holly Black, Jennifer L. Armentrout, and Sarah J. Maas fans. Please check the trigger warnings page in the table of contents before reading this book.

3.5 stars, A little boring to say the least.
Format: Kindle
Wow so I'm not sure where to begin on this one. This was a very different take on the legend of Arthur and Excalibur. This is told from the point of view of Morgan the sister of Arthur. Honestly the first 50% of this book is world building and character building which unfortunately was super boring for me. Morgan to me was a female MC that had a hard time in believing in herself. Sometimes taking too long to understand exactly what was going on around her. Draven was also a different male MC, like I couldn't put my finger on him and what he was all about. It was not until the last 10% of the book did we get some answers on the mystery that is Draven. The other 50% of the book centered around this big journey with everyone having a different motive. We see a spark of magic around this time that had me excited but then we never expanded upon that and what it could mean for the female MC. I feel like I want to read the second book just to see where this goes, but the spice was probably a 2 out of 5. Side characters are ok, Lancelet was fun but I almost felt like I wanted more.

A bewitching retelling of Arthurian legend!
Format: Kindle
In a land where the Fae have nearly become only a legend and those who still posses even a morsel of the blood are few and far between, Morgan finds herself cast aside by most of society due to her rumored half-Fae lineage, including her brother, King Arthur. With the kingdom at the brink of war, Arthur entrusts her with a quest to retrieve a Fae weapon of legendary power: the sword of Perun, Excalibur. Accompanied by men she loathes, Captain Kairos Draven and Ragnar Whitehorn, she embarks on her long and unbeknownst perilous journey, only to find that things she once believed to be myth are in fact very real. With devastating twists, omitted truths, witty banter and fierce action, Queen of Roses leaves you begging to know more about the secrets of Aercanum! Wow, wow, wow! Going into this story, I did not realize that it was going to be a retelling of Arthurian legend, especially not one with a fantastical twist! The unique spin almost gave me The Witcher vibes and I think adding Fae into the mix was quite interesting. I knew the basics of the legend but after reading this book, it has piqued my interest and makes me want to learn more about it. My attention was snatched as soon as I finished the prologue and I knew that I was going to devour this story. I truly enjoyed the gender swaps and even how Arthur was portrayed as villainous. Morgan’s past and even her parts of her present is absolutely heartbreaking, and I felt for her at times. I can only recall one other book that made me hate characters the way I despised Florian and Arthur, leaving me with my blood boiling and feeling disgusted. Even after finishing the book, Draven is still a mystery to me and I cannot figure out how to feel about him. I guess they just means that the author did an excellent job at conveying each character’s persona! The rich world building and imagery made it easy for me to visualize the places that the group visited along their journey. I am truly engulfed in this story and I cannot wait to see wait fate awaits Morgan and how the Fae will be even more incorporated in the next book!. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Enchanting
Format: Kindle
"Queen of Roses" by Briar Boleyn is a delightful and refreshing reimagining of the classic tale of King Arthur, with a captivating twist that places the spotlight on Morgan, a character who has often been overshadowed in traditional retellings. Boleyn's creative decision to shift the narrative perspective to Morgan breathes new life into the story, offering readers an intriguing and compelling look at the Arthurian world from an entirely different angle. One of the most commendable aspects of this book is its incorporation of Fae elements, which adds an enchanting layer of magic and mystery to the already familiar Arthurian setting. Boleyn skillfully weaves the world of the Fae into the narrative, creating a captivating backdrop against which the events of the story unfold. This addition not only adds depth to the world-building but also provides ample opportunities for twists and turns that keep readers thoroughly engrossed. However, while the book boasts numerous strengths, it does have one noticeable flaw: the characterization of Morgan. While it is reasonable to create a flawed and complex protagonist, it appears that at times, Morgan's character becomes overly difficult and hard to relate to. Her persistently negative perception of one of the main male characters, who is a potential love interest, despite his efforts to support and assist her, may come across as somewhat irrational and could test the patience of some readers. Striking a balance between a strong, independent character and one who can recognize genuine support and affection could have enhanced the overall reader experience. Nonetheless, the allure of "Queen of Roses" lies in its innovative approach to the Arthurian legend and its skillful blending of fantasy elements into a familiar narrative. Boleyn's evocative prose draws readers into a world where magic, destiny, and fate entwine, leaving us eager to uncover the mysteries that unfold within the pages. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

An action-packed dark romantasy
Format: Kindle
I loved this book! Queen of Roses is an Arthurian-inspired dark romantasy that is the first book in the Blood of Fae series. The story follows Morgan, the princess of Camelot who is rumored to be part fae. Fueled by prejudiced hatred and a mistrust of fae blood, Morgan’s abusive father strips her of her birthright and hands it to her half-brother, Arthur. Instead of becoming queen, Morgan is commanded to join the temple of the goddesses when she comes of age. However, Arthur turns into a psychopathic, power-hungry, fae-hating king as he ages. He develops malevolent plans and commands Morgan to find an ancient weapon with legendary power. Although Morgan is wary of Arthur’s intentions, she embraces the opportunity to go on a journey and potentially change her fate. The story picks up from there and we follow Morgan on her quest to find the ancient relic. It’s full of high stakes adventure, mystery, tension, banter, forced proximity, hidden magic, self discovery, and betrayal. This first installment of the series intricately develops the world building and character development. There’s little romance in this book, but it is evident that it is a slow burn that will continue to develop throughout the remainder of the series. Overall, I loved the world building, the epic fantasy, Morgan’s journey of self discovery, and all of the twists and turns that set the stage for the future installments. I can’t wait to see what happens next!
